As a chronically anxious person this is SO GOOD! I am a nervous Nelly in general, so when stress comes up it’s really hard to handle. The first time I took this I put it in my water to drink 30 min before I had to do public speaking. The tension just melted everywhere: neck, head, jaw, lungs. And I was able to breath. It helped my thoughts to slow down too. I’ve been using this consistently for about a year now and can’t imagine going without it.
