Animal PM deserves a standing ovation (followed by a long nap). Before discovering this nighttime wizardry, I was stuck in a cruel nightly 3 a.m. wake-up loop like some sort of insomniac Groundhog Day. I’d just blink awake in the dark, stare at the ceiling, and question every life decision that led me to that moment. Completely unable to fall back asleep.But now? I’m sleeping straight through the night like a well-fed housecat. No tossing, no turning, no 3 a.m. existential crises. I wake up when my alarm goes off (the first time—miracles do exist) and feel refreshed, not groggy or zombified.Now let’s talk about the pills: yes, they’re a little beefy. But I’ve found a life hack. Grab one of those lunchbox applesauce squeeze packs, squirt a little in your mouth, pop a couple pills, and slide ‘em down like a sleep-deprived magician. Good quality sleep but didn’t feel any aid in falling asleep
Not sure if this is just my body tolerance but the sleeping aid doesn’t do anything for me. I don’t fall asleep faster sometimes I actually had several times when I couldn’t sleep all night after taking it but I don’t want to say it is a bad product but just didn’t work for me.It is true that the times I took it and it actually worked I had a really good quality sleep and I woke up revigorate even after crazy workouts.Unfortunately I feel like it doesn’t always work but that can be just me and my high tolerance for sleep aids.I wanna mention that I never took sleep aids before and I was expecting more, especially that I use a lot of their products and I am a costumer for for “Animal” products for about 10 years now.That’s the only reason I give it 4 stars as I know they have good quality products and it can just be me and how my body reacts to it but I won’t buy it again

Tried pretty much everything but this one puts me to sleep faster, I stay asleep and don’t wake up super groggy. I sometimes feel a little groggy if I take both the purple pills nothing crazy like some other products, but you might want to start with one 1 and see how you feel. Solid product, I’m starting to not look tired all the time!

I love animal Products, but I have to give 1 star incase on person is experiencing the same thing as me which isn’t fair to the product.Every EVERY single time… I wake up maybe middle of the night in a pool of sweat. Something in this product makes my body freak out. I have taken half of these ingredients in different products and had no issues, i’m not totally sure what it is. I emailed the company.

Didn’t Help Me Sleep—Caused Night Terrors, But Helped Muscles & MoodI took Animal PM for two months. While it didn’t help me fall asleep or even feel tired, it surprisingly caused severe night terrors, which is extremely unusual for me. That alone makes me cautious about using it again for sleep.That said, it did provide noticeable benefits for mood support and muscle recovery. I had no muscle spasms in my neck, shoulders, or back during the time I used it, and I felt more stable emotionally and mentally. So while it completely missed the mark for sleep, it did help with nervous system and muscle health.
