    SO INFORMATIVE
Great product, we actually have it taped to our pantry door. It is very informative, and easy to read. There is one error, it lists bell peppers on both sides of the list, but other than that, great product!

  3. SUKH

    Anti-inflammatory list is WRONG!
I’m very confused and maybe someone else can understand the chart! I understand WHAT to eat on the chart and what NOT to eat BUT the Anti-inflammatory info makes no sense!Anti means, opposed to; against, preventing or suppressing, reversing or undoing!! That’s pretty clear so anti- inflammatory foods should be good to eat that helps alleviate inflammation! SO, why does it have everything listed in this food group that is also listed in the foods to avoid! Why would eating processed foods help with inflammation!Anybody??? Please explain!!!!

    Missed Canola Oil
Very nicely done. They missed adding Canola Oil on the list as an oil to avoid. Canola is an inflammatory oil.
