    Clearly laid out and organized
    This meal plan is very easy to follow along, including following the recipes, and they are pretty well organized. I would like the individual recipes to be on individual cards, so I can keep the day’s recipes together without the others being in the way, for my ability to organize a little better. The few recipes I have tried are also pretty tasty, with a slight bit of alteration. ;-p I do find them pretty expensive though, for something that can basically be found online.

    For anyone needing to follow—or simply wanting to try—the anti-inflammatory diet, this is a fantastic guide presented in a set of water-resistant cards.What you get is a comprehensive 4-week meal plan that includes recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Each recipe also comes with detailed nutritional information, which makes it easy to stay on track.After reading through several of the recipes, I found the cooking instructions clear and easy to follow.The sturdy, wipe-clean cards are a great idea for the kitchen, and there are so many recipes I’m excited to try!

    Not what I expected
    I have Hashimoto’s Hypothyroiditis and these anti-inflammatory recipes aren’t super helpful. There are a lot of recipes that call for ingredients that are specifically not suggested for the Hashimoto’s diet.I was very excited for these cards so that I could just meal plan and not actually have to think. However, the first thing I didn’t like, is that all the recipes are all so different for week 1. So you have to buy SOO many ingredients, rather than trying to use similar ingredients through out the week but make different meals. I do this to save money I feel like if you don’t have a grocery budget, these cards may actually help and you’d just eliminate some of the ingredients if you have Hashimotos.There are some recipes that do look delicious though. So what I did, was I just make my own weekly menu and incorporated some of the recipes from the cards. I just used the recipes that looked good to me, that had similar ingredients. It just wasn’t exactly how the cards were mapped out exactly. I feel like it will work the same though.

    These are great! I’m a health coach, so it’s great to have some anti-inflammatory ideas for my clients. I also love the meal planner chart that comes with this. The meals are all simple and delicious and don’t require a lot of complicated instructions or ingredients. I personally have made a lot of them and really like them all! Lots of clean ingredients.

    Very nice set!
    This set of meal planners is very nice. There are four sets of weekly meal suggestions (one for each of four weeks), and 58 recipe “cards” (8 per page (4 on one side and 4 on the other side) x 7 pages, + 2 on an eighth page. The recipes look delicious! Each card shows a picture of the dish, an ingredient list, instructions, and nutrition information. I’m looking forward to trying some of these. The charts are printed in vibrant color on heavy card stock that seems to be moisture-resistant for easy use in a kitchen.

    Has actual recipes!
    These are really nice, laminated meal prep ideas for an anti-inflammatory diet. It has 4 weeks worth of menus and the actual recipes. Most are for one or two servings, which makes it nice if you are the only one eating the meal. There are a number of vegetarian/vegan options, and many could be made vegan easily by switching out the meat or fish for something else.My only negative is they have a lot of pricier ingredients like avocados and pomegranate seeds. I also don’t know if chia seeds are widely available for everyone, but they are in a lot of the recipes.
