Centella is one of my favorite botanical extracts in skincare because I have reactive, sensitive skin. APLB is a well-known Korean beauty brand that makes high-quality, affordable products, some of which I already use regularly, so I was excited to try this new addition to their product line. This is a watery toner meant to be used after cleansing. You can pat it on with a cotton pad or alternately, pour a little into your palm and pat on your face, neck, chest, and the back of your hands with your fingers. This is fragrance-free and goes on very lightly without leaving any sticky residue. This APLB Collagen EGF Peptide Facial Toner | Collagen PEPT CEN™ 19.8% 5.41 FL.OZ/Korean Skincare, Elasticity Care, Replenishing Moisture, Revitalize for Gentle and Improve Skin Texture is a pretty good value in size at $12. This smells nice, and feels like a thin before serum toner to distribute the serum won’t evenly on my skin, which I like.

I am an oily-dehydrated skin type and I live in a dry climate.So I am very disappointed in this toner because the ingredients list is absolutely amazing and it seems to be great for sensitive skin as well. However, with all that being said, this toner will literally do nothing for hydration.I have used many toners over the years and I will notice right away if a toner is hydrating or not and this toner made my skin look and feel worse. I was also extremely oily throughout the day because my skin was lacking serious moisture.If you already have good skin or you live somewhere humid, this toner might be an okay beginner item for your routine. But from my experience, it was very lacking. I gave it 3 stars because I am sure for the price and that ingredients list, it will work for a select few. This did not work for me so I will not be repurchasing.

Collagen EGF Peptide Facial Toner
K-beauty is so hot right now I was eager to try something to see what the fuss is about. Since I’m not much into makeup, basic skin care seemed to be the place to start. This toner is deeply cleansing. Even after washing my face before using the toner, I had a slight grey tone on the cottonball indicating the oil and grime that my regular soap did not completely remove. I expected my skin to feel tight after using the toner but it didn’t. It felt refreshed, soft, and supple. As with all these products, the long term benefits remain to be seen. But I’m very impressed with the cleansing and looking forward to seeing any other effects that emerge from continued use.

Scent free (as far as I can tell)
Felt like water when applied, but my skin did feel better after using it – like it was ready and waiting for the next step, instead of dry skin screaming for the next step, and not gross or filmy. Always a bonus when a toner makes my skin feel cleaner without feeling stripped.Unscented, or at least no scent I can discern.

I love this toner! It makes my skin feel so soft and hydrated. It has a light scent that is not overpowering. I use it after cleansing and before moisturizing. It helps to balance my skin and reduce the appearance of pores. I also noticed that my fine lines are less visible after using this toner for a few weeks. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a collagen and EGF peptide toner.
