Blood Sugar is Back to Normal
For most of my post-30 adult life I’ve pretty much always eaten like a diabetic…ie: low carb, low sugar so in a recent checkup I was surprised when they stated that my sugar levels were elevated and they wanted to do further testing. Now in my 50’s, it’s more difficult to stay as active as I once was and I definitely can’t keep acting like a young buck…Knowing that I had slipped away from my normal diet regime and had indulged over the previous quarter in some not so good for me foods which also added some more pounds than normal, I decided to give the Blood Sugar Support product a try for a month or two before my next check-up. Diabetes does not run in my family and I definitely do not want to be tied to any medications! Well without fully getting back into my normally healthy diet over the winter Holidays, since there needs to be something to enjoy during the season, I took the supplements daily as directed and my sugar levels have dropped back below 100. So YES the supplements seem to have helped and now with the new year, I’m more motivated to return to my routine diet & exercise regime. I’ll ween myself off the supplements in the next couple of months so that when my mid-year doctors visit comes around again, I can see for sure if the diet and exercise alone is enough to keep my sugar levels where they need to be! I have been on this product for almost a month. I decided to purchase it after i read the reviews on Amazon. I became diabetic about 15 years ago, and for almost 17 years i worked a rapid rotational shift, switching shifts from days to nights every few days. Not realizing many factors, and being too tired to cook, i often ate processed foods as well as drinking pepsi during the night shift to have that extra kick to stay awake for the 12 hr shift. Now that i’m out of the shift work, i have more time to cook, and have eliminated many, many processed foods, drink water, as well as get my normal sleep pattern back. I have been taking metformin. Before, my numbers were often averaging 180 and over. Since i’ve added the blood sugar support pills, my numbers are averaging 140-150. I now have the time and energy to exercise. This is a huge gain for me. Little steps for improvement. At times, when i’ve been around 130, i feel shaky, so i know i have to eat. I will know more when i go for my blood work and physical in 2019, to find out where my latest A1C is at. At my last physical in 2018, it was averaging 7. I do expect it to be lower this year. For those of you who struggle w/ being diabetic, i highly recommend this product. You have nothing to lose except lower A1C results!
