Genius Product. Excellent Results. Son LOVES them.
Breatherapy products are SO amazing. My 9-year-old son loves the Sleep tabs. LOVES. He asks for them every night to help him get the best sleep. The tabs are so safe and so easy to use and so incredible. These are way easier to use than our clunky diffuser (that we actually stopped using because it eventually got moldy). The essential oils are pure which means there isn’t a bunch of added junk to them which is important since our son loves them and we don’t want weird chemicals in products he uses. They stick on his chest or his pillowcase all night and keeps him calm and in a deeper sleep than when he sleeps without them. I love, too, that he can easily take these with him on sleepovers or campouts with friends (no glass vials or other devices needed to reap the benefits of aromatherapy). They’re about the size of a quarter and it is really good that he can choose to wear them for any amount of time. But usually, he wears the tab for 8 hours while he sleeps. It’s a very innovative idea that I have now embraced myself. I have used the Energy tab for when I workout, the Calm tab when I have anxiety and the Focus tab for when I have my afternoon slump at my computer. I have put tabs on my steering wheel, on my necklace, on my shirt collar and on my laptop screen. They smell so good. It makes me feel good knowing the blends were made by an actual, certified aromatherapist. I didn’t know these have been used for years in hospitals with children before surgery to help calm them! I asked my son how many stars I should give my review of the Sleep tabs and he said, “10 stars. Obviously.”

Too Perfumey For Me
What you get – 1 box of 8 (sealed individually) breatherapy stickers with essential oils.Pros – I love essential oils and this way to wear them is a great idea!Cons – I was hoping the scent on these would be better than the energy variant – but these were so perfumey that I had to take it off about an hour after going to bed. I love lavender but the combination of that with the other oils was just too muc.Overall – A Great idea – this scent just did not work for me (and I can’t comment as to how long this one lasts as I had to take it off but the other scent I tried did last the full 8 hours)

Great scent/adheasion, a little pricey
I adore these patches! I have tried 3 fragrances so far and have enjoyed them. They definitely evoke what they claim to, Sleep is very nice and calming/helps with sleep. It contains lavender and chamomile. I place one of these on my bedside table and can smell it as I drift off. These are not overwhelming, they stick well to clothing(a little too well sometimes, you might have a little adhesive residue leftover when taking it off but it comes off just fine), and last for well over the 6-8 hours of usage time. I can still smell these the next day no problem. You could probably leave them near your workspace and still catch a whiff from them for a full day or so. I like that they are not messy and are super easy to apply. The instructions are clear: peel off the printed sticker first(exposing the EO), then peel the clear side, stick to desired spot. Do not touch the adhesive part before sticking it otherwise it might not stick as well! I quite love these patches so far. The only thing is the price, it is quite expensive.

Wonderful lavender scent, relaxing.. but expensive.
These have a strong, long-lasting lavender scent. The chamomile might be there, but the lavender is mainly what I notice. I like to take these and stick them to the interior of my shirt below the collar. This way, they’re barely visible, but I can get a burst of lavender scent all day long. I could also see these tabs being used as an alternative to body fragrances, such as perfumes or colognes, since they’re strong enough that I imagine someone else could smell them on you.So far, I applied one of these tabs in the evening, and wore it overnight. I found the scent of this tablet to be very relaxing, and I do feel like it helped me fall asleep more easily. I also woke up feeling a bit more refreshed. The tablet was still strongly adhered to my shirt in the morning. These tablets do leave a sticky residue on clothing from the adhesive, but it can be washed away easily with water. I’d recommend applying them to the clothes rather than skin, personally, as the natural oils and sweat from the skin causes them to eventually lose adhesion. I didn’t experience any skin irritation from having the tablet come into contact with my skin.Overall, I really love the lavender scent of these tablets, and I do think they can potentially be beneficial for sleep. If this product has one con, it’s the affordability, or lack thereof; The current price of $23.99, or $3 per tablet, just feels like too much compared to other essential oil aromatherapy available on the market. I do like how convenient these are compared to other methods, however.
