The As I Am Rosemary Oil has been such a great addition to my hair care routine! I’ve been using it consistently on my scalp, and I’ve noticed my roots feel healthier and my hair is starting to look fuller. Beneficial to Hair Care Routine
This is exactly what I needed to complement my hair regrowth routine. The smell is strong, but doable if you like rosemary. It makes my hair softer and seems to have improved my hair health. I use this is conjunction with their rosemary water spritz which leaves my hair thoroughly moisturized.

Great product, unfortunate leak during shipping
This product helps my curly hair stay shiny, smooth, frizz free, and helps it grow as well. It also helps my scalp stay dandruff free. However, I when I opened my package I found that it smelt like rosemary and when I opened the plastic wrap that the bottle came in within the box, the bottle was already oily. Sadly some of the product leaked, I suppose the bottle wasn’t secured well enough or closed well enough. Although the majority of the product stood within the bottle thankfully!

Telogen Effluvium Relief! Finally!
I have had chronic telogen effluvium for THREE YEARS.Mind you, TE usually resolves on its own, so products are usually not necessary, but mine had been going on for THREE YEARS. I heard that topical melatonin was recommended by some dermatologists and I wanted to give it a shot because I was absolutely desperate. Rosemary is also recommended, but I’d been using rosemary for years without much improvement.I started using this product in late December. I apply it to my roots, and massage it in, then I will wait an hour or two before I wash my hair. I use it every time I wash my hair, so usually every-other day, sometimes every 3, sometimes every day, depends on how dirty my hair gets.It takes three months to see results from ANY product because hair grows slowly, but I have a shocking amount of little hairs that are 2-3 inches long and tons of tiny new ones.It is now early february, and I am seeing little baby hairs all over the place. I bought a ring sizer to measure the thickness of my hair. In december, it was a ring size 7 at the crown of my head and a 4 at the nape of my neck. Today, it is an 8 at the crown of my head and a 5 at the nape of my neck.This stuff WORKS and I cannot recommend it enough if you are struggling with chronic or cyclical telogen effluvium.However, the bottle DOES leak, and all three bottles that I’ve bought have leaked a bit in the mail, so be aware of that. This product would be perfect if it was packaged better, but it still gets five stars from me because I so desperately want my hair back, and it has genuinely made a difference.Remember though: the only way to TRULY stop TE is to find and eliminate the cause. In my case, I think it was a medication. But I didn’t quit taking that medication until January, so all of this regrowth is from this product.

Ehh hit or miss
Okay, so starting with the bottle. Nice size and leak proof. However the dropper that is used to apply the hair oil isn’t really strong. It will automatically leak as soon as you squeeze the oil into the dropper, so you really have to be quick with applying if you are applying directly on the hair. The smell is beyond over powering. I applied it to my hair at 7am this morning, I’m writing this review at 10:36pm and i still smell it strong as day. It has not subsided as time went on. Had my whole house smelling like rosemary. Smh further more, I do believe this will work for my scalp but it is strong. My scalp did feel really refreshed and minty, however, I felt like I had to use another oil on top of this one just to help water it down some because it felt too strong on my scalp after a few minutes. Also when it got on my actual skin, my skin got irritated very quickly. So when applying I would definitely use a towel and wash face and ears right after. overall it is a good product but it needs to be used with other things just to kill the potency of the oil.

Cheap Quality
My package arrived and my oil was already leaking. I wash it off and decide to not let that ruin my outlook on the product. I use it for the first time today and the dropper is a terrible design the way the opening is shaped. The bottle is also made out of cheap plastic. I will not be purchasing again. I will stick with my SheaMoisture which is cheaper, has a better quality dropper, AND their bottles are made out of glass. They never come leaking. Save your money and skip this purchase.
