I have been taking this for a few days and I really feel it. I feel so calm not sleeping like valerian root but cool . This brand is good. Effective, taste good, good price for the quantity and clean ingredients.

Instant calm and deeper sleep
I love this ashwaganda. First of all just love that it’s a liquid and not another pill to swallow as a person who hates swallowing pills. So easy to take and tastes great. I like the flavor too, sweet with an herbal taste. When I’ve had too much caffeine and take this, the jitters, anxiety and racing heart start to calm within 10-15 min, great antidote when wired from caffeine. If I’m anxious and take this, the anxiety is noticeably reduced. It even helps when I’m not getting along with my husband just produces a serene calm that feels very natural, not medicated.I also love how it helps my insomnia, allowing me to fall asleep faster and sleep deeper but without feel groggy the next day. It’s a great value too, definitely a winner!

Small but noticeable difference
I’ve been taking these ashwagandha pills for a few weeks now and I can honestly say they’ve made a small but noticeable difference in my daily routine. I feel a bit more even-keeled throughout the day and less wired at night, which has helped me fall asleep easier. The capsules are an average size and easy enough to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any strange aftertaste or stomach issues.That said, it’s not a dramatic change or a miracle fix. I still have stressful days, but I think the supplement takes the edge off in a subtle way. The bottle seems like it will last a decent amount of time, and the price feels fair compared to others I looked at. Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a natural option to support stress and sleep, but keep expectations realistic.

I think it’s helping!
This liquid is sweet and easy to take. I got it to help with some anxiety that causes insomnia, and at first, didn’t notice any difference, but after a couple weeks, I think it’s helping. I am sleeping more soundly and waking up less during the night and the only variable is this product.

No weird smell, I felt it working within 20-30 mins very effective. When I need it to kick in faster I just open up the capsule and take it straight up doesn’t really taste like much that’s how I know it has clean ingredients

On my 4th or 5th bottle. I really think it’s improved my sleep and lowered my cortisol levels. i mix this with my little bedtime mocktail every night, so it’s become hibutal. i have mixed it with all different kinds of juices, sparking water, etc and never notice a taste but taking it alone, the taste is mild and somewhat sweet. not bad tasting at all

Not as I expected, I should have read the label more closely before purchase.
It’s ok, probably works fine, I’m just not consistent with taking it. It has an unexpected, sweet taste that I find unpalatable. This is because of the vegetable glycerin. I didn’t as pay close attention to the label before I ordered it as I normally would and should have. That’s on me. It’s probably fine for someone who is used to that ingredient, but I prefer my tinctures to not be sweet. I imagine if I could take it consistently, as recommended, I’d start feeling the relaxation benefits and mood improvements that often come with using ashwagandha. I will need to find a bottle that does not contain that ingredient.
