Quality product . No artificial ingredients and it’s all organic. Just started using it and so far I can feel the difference in my stress. Which is sky high. It doesn’t make me tired which I like because I am tired enough as it is. The price was great. In stores I’ve never found quality ashwagandha for less than 12$ a bottle.

I have recently found a different brand that are a little stronger and a good value. They are also easier to swallow. These seemed to stick to the back of my throat a little more than other supplements I take.
