Great supplement for men and women!
After going gluten free, I found myself having problems with low energy and muscle cramping, which generally indicates low magnesium levels. Oral magnesium supplements are not very effective, but I didn’t want to get into a big production trying alternatives. The magnesium flakes are surprisingly easy to use in a bath or foot soaks – relaxing and enjoyable to use, actually – and skin absorption is supposed to be the most effective way to supplement magnesium, so it’s win win. Beware of magnesium products that contain anything other than pure magnesium flakes because it will completely defeat the purpose and you’ll be throwing your money away. Asutra’s magnesium flakes are the real deal. Product was delivered promptly, the seller was great to work with (I had problems with the free download) and my own research confirmed all the info in the free download. While it will take a while to bring my magnesium levels back up to where they should be, I’m having the pleasant surprise of my blood pressure and blood sugar consistently going down as well. Another added benefit of magnesium. I should add too, I was impressed enough with both the product and the seller that I ordered a couple more things to try.

If you’re reading reviews on this product, then you must know you need Magnesium! And I can tell you, as a “search & research first” person, you have found the correct item to buy. * There are many compounds of magnesium (citrate, acetate, gluconate, oxide etc), however Magnesium Chloride has the lowest stability constant which offers the highest bioavailability. As for me, I’ve been dealing with perimenopause issues coupled with excessive stress for a couple years, of which have worsened this past year, and now since using magnesium chloride, my sleep has improved, my complexion has improved & my crazy anxiety is gone!! FYI – to make a spray for your skin (i.e. Magnesium Oil) , it’s a 1 to 1 ratio. Bring 1 cup water to a boil, turn off the heat then add 1 cup magnesium flakes, stir to melt, let cool completely then pour into a spray bottle and use on your body! Google benefits and Uses of Magnesium Oil for great information! Not only is this of purest/highest quality, but even the company’s service seems outstanding, in that they personally reach out to you to ensure your satisfaction and/or address any questions or issues (none of which I’ve had).

Someone had told me about magnesium flakes and I couldn’t wait yo try it.I suffer with a lot of body aches and pains ,me being a massage therapist ,I always look for natural pain relief. I did some research on different brands,and I am very happy with this one! It seems a little more pricey but I think because of its purity and quality! I’d rather pay a little more and get pure magnesium! When I first opened it,it just smelled so pure to me.and that little scoop was a nice touch! I use about 3 scoops maybe more,and some Epson salt why not! Let me tell you its the most relaxing bath to soak in!! It gets cloudy and lush.and let me tell you I feel amazing when I get out sleep like a baby and all my pains go away! I swear by this stuff it has been a miracle for me can’t wait to make the oil now! Thank you so much for a great product!!

Great product! The benefits are absolutely noticeable after first use (muscles relaxing, irritation of skin going down, etc.); currently studying 6-8 hrs/day and neck and back are definitely feeling the not so great effects but after soaking in the tub with this, had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in more than a month…but my tub didn’t come with the scoop, which is the only reason a star was taken off (looked inside the jar already). Otherwise, excellent and would recommend 100%!

Arrived REALLY fast, I honestly didn’t expect this for another week or so. It was a pleasant surprise for sure.The packaging was just right, no annoying packing peanuts or fluff; just the product, a few thank you slips, and bubble wrap for protection.The product is very potent and comes with a small scoop for removing the flakes, thought I think the scoop is a tad small for the application it was meant for. This works really well as a bath soak; I felt a bit of a burning sensation for a second, but after the bath I still feel very relaxed and comfortable hours later.Very good product! Definitely buy this if you need a stronger, more effective version of an Epsom salt soak. So many people in the US, including myself, are deficient in Magnesium. A soak will probably do your body a lot of good, outside of simple muscle relaxation. Will be buying from this seller again for sure.

Great product, clean package, fast ship. Use to make own mag oil, easy to do oneself. Also great for soaking your tired feet. Relaxing, great quality zip bag, easy to open and close and keep. Asutra is my go to brand for this particular product. Get some to have on hand, great for the medicine tote. A little goes a long way.

Reduced arthritis pain
I use this for arthritis in my finger, around knees & hip. I have used it for about 1yr. My hip recently started hurting within 2 weeks. I had the pain in my finger for about 2yrs. It’s gone. Pain in my knees about 3yrs. My knees do not hurt as much. No longer constant pain. Hurts maybe 0nce or twice a week. My hip pain is a little better. I am grateful my daughter told me to try magnesium oil. I researched after buying a few bottles & found a recipe for magnesium oil using distilled water & magnesium flakes. Use equal parts of distilled water & magnesium flakes. Boil water, turn off stove, add flakes, stir, let cool place in a bottle. This helps me have very little pain. I feel so much better. Excellent product.

Nice basic foot soak. When added to hot water, with epsom salts, definitely relieves foot pain and aides in flexibility. Dissolved quickly, with no obvious smell. Well worth the extra expense.
