This stuff is amazing and great that it’s so small and can fit in pocket, purse, backpack. We use it at night on our wrists and bottom of feet/back (helps stop teeth grinding and helps sleep, too). Smells amazing, is super in hair, on linens and bedsheets (try your pillowcase!) and even papers, books and files. Love it!!
