I had purchased the smaller bottle from Ayush. When it came time to restock, opted for the larger size because it has made such a difference in my day to day. Now I take one in the morning before work and one in the evening. Given the stress that is rampant in our society and lives right now, I really depend on this product. It was recommended by my Naturopath to help me in conjunction with herbs that I take for high blood pressure- but you don’t need to be diagnosed with anything to benefit from Ashwagandha. It just helps smooth out the day.
