How Did We Get Our Start?
Back in the mid-1990s, our founder Bill Whyte worked as a carpenter. He worked hard, and so did his hands. They would often split and crack in the frigid New England winters. One night, seeking a soothing solution, he mixed up some beeswax and olive oil to create a simple herbal balm. It helped his hands so much, he decided to share it with everyone he knew – and the rest, as they say, is Badger history.

As good as Neal’s Yard products for the price
Excellent product! The texture of my skin is improved enormously; much softer, smoother. I have had ongoing issues with peri-oradermatitis (a form of adult acne/rosacea that affects the face around nose, mouth, and eyes), and this product works beautifully alongside prescription medication. I was using straight argan oil to moisturize my face with, and wanted to try something else. I’m in my late 30’s, so moisturizing is pretty important, and balancing acne with anti-wrinkle products feels like a cruel joke. This product smells heavenly, is all natural, absorbs quickly, can be used on the entire face and under the eyes, and pretty much anywhere you want to moisturize. After it starts to absorb, you can feel that it’s tightening up your pores (or something), as there’s a definite sensation that accompanies the process. I slather it on pretty thick and it’s lasting a LONG time in the jar. Part of why I purchased it is because I used to use a similar product from Neal’s Yard when I still lived in the UK, and remembered that it was remarkable for similar reasons; pores are clear, skin is smoother and softer, etc. When I saw the price tag for it in dollars, I balked. Amazon recommends other products along with the one you view, and this one was one of them. The reviews for the Badger Beauty Balm were so outstanding and the price was right, so I decided to go ahead and try it. I’m thrilled with the product and very happy with the decision.

Best nighttime beauty balm I have found.
Magnificent beauty balm. Smells like heaven. Is a bit oily/greasy, but dissipates and soaks into your skin quickly. I mostly use this at night before bed and wake up looking fresher. Comes in a glass jar which i LOVE. All you need is a little. It goes a long way. Makes my skin look younger and fresher. Works like a charm.

I’ve been looking for a product that moisturizes and softens without irritating some of the things I struggle with, like rosecea and occasional psoriasis. I really like this product so far! Right now I’ve been using it as my night time facial moisturizer and I look forward to using it every night! When I remember to, I use it as a undereye moisturizer during the day. The smell of roses is fresh and natural, and reminds me of a beloved family member. I probably use more at night than others would, about two pea sizes, because my skin is combination with a tendency to lean towards dryness. Mature skin at the age of 51, and it’s sensitive to most facial products. I love that it comes in a glass jar and the ingredients are natural and organic. I’ve been using it for just over a month now and the jar is still about halfway full. Another plus is it’s made in the USA. I actually love this product so much that I will be checking into some of their other products as well!

I’ve been using this for years and I absolutely can’t go without it. I’m almost 45 and ppl say I look young & have great skin but secret is MOISTURIZE. This may feel oily but it absorbs quickly. My skin loves it. And it smells great. I hoping this won’t ever be discontinued. There use to be different scented ones but they’re gone now :/.

This stuff is ahhhhhhmazing! It works great on various places so it’s versified. It’s all natural and I think you get a great value for the price. I always order an extra one so I don’t run out. This is my hand cream, body cream, and face lotion. A little goes a long way. It rubs in good but takes a couple minutes. Set aside an extra minute and pamper yourself.

This product is really amazing. Second time I bought it, and it lasted me around 6 months. Because it is a thick oily substance, you don’t need much of it at all. I put it on at night after cleaning my face, and it feels so good and makes my skin healthy and helps against dry skin. Really can recommend. The smell is great too.
