My Favorite Bariatric Multivitamin
I had bariatric surgery in 2022, and for the first several months after surgery, I was taking a much more expensive vitamin. I eventually switched to these because they were much cheaper, and they are just as good. My blood work results always come back within normal limits and I know these play a part in that. You only need to take one to get the recommended amount, and they are very easy to swallow without being too big. They also don’t leave a funny taste in my mouth which I know some vitamins can do. They contain all the ingredients you need to absorb the vitamins and you are not overwhelmed with a horrible vitamin smell when you open bottle. I find them to be odorless and tasteless. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Affordable Vitamins
My bariatric practitioner introduced me to this! I had the sleeve done in 2019 and used to take a much more expensive one that was not feasible.In 2024 I had the gastric bypass. Im so happy with the results from these vitamins!!!They’re affordable and effective. All my lab work comes out perfect!Cons: smells weird! And tastes as bad aa the smell!Pros: no stomach pain (but I still take it before bedtime). No weird side effects. Affordable!My only complaint is that one of my bottles I had some damaged pills. It was only 2, but I want the manufacturer/seller to be aware!HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!Side note: the 90 days bottle along w the subscription makes the most sense!

Reliable and affordable multivitamin after bariatric surgery
These multivitamins have made a big difference in simplifying my routine after having gastric sleeve surgery. I used to take two or three separate pills to get the right nutrients, and now I only need one moderate-sized capsule a day. That’s been a big help.I’ve been taking these for almost three years now and my bloodwork has stayed strong the whole time. The added iron is great too. I do take a separate calcium supplement since you can’t take calcium at the same time as some of the vitamins in a multivitamin. But that’s normal with bariatric guidelines and easy to work around.It took me a little time after surgery to be able to swallow the capsule, but once I could, I’ve had no problems. I just make sure to take it with food. If I take it on an empty stomach, I get really nauseous, so I’ve made it part of my breakfast routine and that works well.My cousin ended up with severe anemia after she stopped taking her vitamins, so I take it seriously. I’ll be on these for life and that’s fine with me.This brand has the best price for the amount of vitamins I need, and it’s also what my surgeon recommends. If you’re looking for a one-a-day bariatric vitamin that keeps things simple, this one has worked really well for me.

More digestible, notice a Positive difference
Very happy with this. I do notice a difference when taking this. Perked me up better, perhaps its the iron? No tummy upset, seems to work better than my previous, very pricey vitamins. Can tell a difference taking these. Do recommend taking all vitamins with a meal or snack and a cup of liquid.

As a bariatric patient, I have to take a multivitamin daily and this one is amazing. In fact, my husband, who is not a bariatric patient started taking them because he noticed a difference between his and these. He ran out of his regular vitamins and tookune for a few days and the energy level was much better. So now he just takes mine.
