Taste great
Great tasting liquid collagen to go packets. I add a packet to plain water. It has a good taste. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The content of the packet is liquid making it easy to mix in water. I’ve notice my hair looks and feels better. My nails have also started to grow.

tl;dr- a little on the pricey side but it was easy to use and the flavor was pretty good
What can I say? I honestly thought that I would hate this as I am very very picky about the textures of things that I put in my mouth. So when I got this and saw that it was a gel instead of powder, I was a little hesitant. BUT surprisingly, the taste was mild and the texture was not that bad. It started gel like but as soon as it hit my tongue, it seemed to just melt into a liquid. Interesting to say the least.At the time of this review, you get 14 sticks which is 2 weeks worth at $24.47 which to me is a little pricey to me. My current collagen supplement is around $40 but it lasts me like 3 months. So it is on the expensive side. Do I think that it is worth it? I think so as my nails seemed a little harder than usual but I didn’t see a difference in my hair or skin. BUT please remember that everyone is different and what doesn’t work for me might work for you and vice versa. And as for will it deliver on everything that it promises? I don’t know as only time and continued will tell on that front. So the effectiveness of this collagen booster waits to be seen but so far I think I see a slight difference.Do I think it helped? Yes it did I think. Was it easy to carry and use? Why yes it was! The little pouch wasn’t big and it was easy to tear and squeeze it out of the pouch. I loved the portability of it.Overall, a little pricey but the flavor was mild and not too sweet and it was really easy to use.

I mixed mine with water, and it was like having the faintest hint of natural sweetness—almost like a splash of fruit juice in water. Not nearly as strong as flavor powders & definitely not overly sweet.They’re super convenient for tossing in your purse, backpack, or gym bag. The pouches tear open easily—no scissors needed. Each box contains 14 pouches, about a 2-week supply. I had no adverse side effects or tummy issues. After the first week, I noticed my skin had a slight glow & looked more hydrated, and my hair had a healthy-looking shine.The only downside is that by the time I started noticing results in the second week, I ran out. So, you’d likely need to stock up or purchase more than one box at a time.If you can’t tolerate powders or are just looking for a new, convenient way to boost your collagen & biotin intake, these are a great option—and they actually work. The flavor is pleasant, and you don’t have to deal with mixing issues or the grittiness you sometimes get with powders. The only drawback is that it may not be the most pocketbook-friendly option.

Great Taste
I was curious about vegan collogen but wanted to give it a try. First thing I noticed was the packaging was great and super easy to open. It was perforated on one side and all you had to do was tear it off. You do have to squeeze it to get it into the cup. Once in the cup you could stir it in but I found that I didn’t have to. The flavor is great. I enjoyed it. It was kind of a mix between berries and plum but really like a flavored water.Results were good. It made my skin glow.

Easiest way to take collagen!
BB LAB Plant Collagen Booster Glow Shot 15g*14sticks – so easy to take! I have other BBLab powders, various collagens, and even rotating between all of them, I notice when I stop. This brand is a gold standard for women in Korea. All of them taste good although powder is a little harder to take without water, at least a sip. These sticks are liquid already. Shine Muscat isn’t exactly a grape flavor as Americans know it. But it tastes good and it’s not super sweet. You can easily tear the top and can either suck it out or try to squeeze it in your mouth. It’s less than a full gulp so it’s not hard at all. You can pour it into sparkling water and you probably wouldn’t even taste anything. This is the easiest way I found to take collagen versus powder or Gummies. For 14 sticks I’m not sure how much results you would see, as I’ve been taking some form of this brands for month but while not miraculous results instantly, I do find my skin to be noticeably drier and less bouncy when I stop. But if I could choose a way to take collagen and I’d choose this of the other forms, liquid is easy to take and great for the skin.
