The only supplement that works for appetite control and weight lose in my opinion. I was having trouble losing weight and constantly gaining weight no matter what I eat. I went from 150lbs to almost 200lbs after smoking cessation, and ever since then I’ve been gaining weight, I’ve been trying exercising which I do lose quite some weight but regain weight back very quickly from regular eating. After taking this for months now, I did not continue to gain weight, and I was able to maintain my weight loss from exercise.

I really wanted to like this superfoods berberine supplement, but unfortunately, it didn’t make any difference for me. I took it regularly as recommended, hoping to see improvements in my blood sugar levels and overall energy, but after weeks of use, I noticed absolutely no changes.The capsules were easy to swallow, and the packaging was fine, but that’s really the only positive I can mention. In terms of actual results—nothing. No improvement in digestion, no boost in energy, no difference in appetite or metabolism. It just felt like I was taking something for no reason.For the price, I expected at least some small benefits, but sadly this supplement did not work for me at all. Everyone’s body is different, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it. Definitely disappointed.
