It works ( but don’t take on an empty stomach )
This supplement was recommend by my doctor .I have experienced some relief from joint pain , specially in my knees.However I don’t recommend taking it on an empty stomach because it gave me gastritis when I did . Now I take it after breakfast, and it’s much better tolerated . Overall , it’s been helpful for managing my join discomfort.

Big pills, decent content.
These pills are great. They’re easy to swallow, have no smell, arrived quickly, and function perfectly for relieving joint pain over time.You have to take these for a few weeks before you notice anything, but I really like that they’re solid pills instead of powder caps. Powder caps tend to stick in my throat, but these are easy to swallow.The pills are pretty big. They’re where near as large as the fish oil supplements that I take, but they’re still pretty big.What I don’t particularly like about them is that they’re relatively low dosage to the alternative brands on the market. That’s really the only reason for the four star review.Other than that, they’re an excellent value at less than half the cost of the pills I was previously taking.
