Amazing! love that it’s so good for me, but 15 minutes after I finish my coffee it’s “time” to “go”!!!It does have a little bit of flavor, but not so much as tomake the coffee taste bad. Definitely will reorder.

As much sulforaphane as broccoli sprouts
Solely used as an NRF2 pathway upregulation via sulforaphane with as much scientific efficacy as broccoli sprouts intended to replace them bc sprouts r a lot of work and time and risk of food borne illness. The burn is a good sign, that’s the sulforaphane, the spiciness means it works, like horseradish & mustard seed powder (which enhance it actually). Learn more from dr Rhonda Patrick about moringa or google sulforaphane & nrf2; it’s basically a vitamin & indigenous methylator bc the process is activated for days afterwards, ie deactivating carcinogens and increase their excretion, deactivates genes involved in inflammation, activates antioxidant genes & slows the aging process…etc. Just add it to smoothie & blend (tough to blend, true but doable). I even have a moringa tree. 4g twice a day & feel more energized bc body is getting what it needs. This is organic although not certain if 3rd party tested, particularly for metals?

You get a lot for your money. The taste is grassy and I don’t personally think strong. The color is a bright green. If you don’t think you need moringa think again. The vitamens and minerals in it are amazing.

The powder is fine and good to mix in with a fruit smoothie. It does have a mild flavor but like I said if you mix it with something, then it is okay to take. I tried it in a tea, doesn’t mix well and lots of sludge left behind.
