Great product with good ingredients
I was curious to try bido and honestly didn’t expect much, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I like that it comes in small bottles I can just grab and go—super convenient compared to mixing powders or taking several pills every morning. Taking it chilled in the morning leaves me feeling clear, focused, and in a better mood throughout the day. The taste is definitely bold, but it comes across as healthy and natural, which I actually appreciate. Overall, it feels like it delivers on what it promises, and I’d recommend giving it a try.

Product arrived in great shape, no leaking, bulging, or signs of compromise. This is for a pack of products that looks meant for a storefront, not a single bottle, but at the current listed price of 5 dollars a bottle USD this feels quite steep for what you get.The taste is awful, let’s get that out of the way. Have a chaser with this, something with a strong flavor might help cut the taste (black coffee, prune juice, etc).I’m sensitive to caffeine and this hit me a bit like a weird energy drink. I didn’t feel jittery, but my pulse was a bit elevated, I was a bit sweaty, and my mind was a bit… off? I felt focused but also sort of off. If you’re someone who is taking medications, has a health condition, has any sort of sensitivities or allergies, run this by a licensed medical professional first and maybe start with a tiny bit at a time to see how your body handles it. And definitely not on an empty stomach- I could see this tearing someone up on an empty stomach.I took this daily for a few days, wasn’t a fan of how it made me feel overall, but definitely felt a boost and could see someone less sensitive than myself enjoying it or getting benefit from it. The recommended instructions are to drink one bottle daily for at least a month, which means you would have to buy two boxes of this stuff to get 30 bottles, which would be 150 USD to see any noticeable effect. Personally I feel this was strong, but like I said before I’m sensitive to these kinds of things.Overall, I can tell you that there is a noticeable effect but your body may not react favorably. If you have a decent tolerance, are in good health, your doctor says this is okay, and you don’t mind paying 5 dollars a day for a month to see if it works as intended, this might be good for you. It was not good for me.

Good supplement for being active
First off, don’t take this or any supplements without consulting with your doctor. I am not your doctor.I take a nice full handful of pills every morning, and I took some time to get used to these for a week or two before I gave a full rating. I wanted to compare to what I already take and see if there are any interactions.First off, not a dig at the product directly, but it tastes terrible. That’s probaby par course for the category, but I wasn’t expecting it. It does get better though once you get used to it.Second, though this is in the horny goat weed category, I actually like it for the magnesium boost and recovery effects. If you are getting up there in age, consider this as something “off-label”, not just for bedroom startups.

Actually pretty solid. You get KSM-66 ashwagandha, maca root, horny goat weed, and a bunch of other good ingredients all in one shot. The taste is a bit strong, but honestly I don’t mind – it feels like something good for you and way easier than juggling a bunch of pills.

It has a sort of bitter sour taste. Very medicinal flavor I forced myself to take it for a week but didn’t notice any results. I wouldn’t order this again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. I’ve tried plenty of pills and never felt much, but with bido I noticed a real difference in the first week: more energy, more relaxed, and ready in every way. It really delivers on what it promises. A weak jack of all trades and a master of none.
I always get nervous when I take or drink something that has a long list of ingredients in it. You know there has probably been compromises here and there. I received the box and it looks like a box meant for a store. A display box if you will, not for private consumption and the box had some wear and tear, like it had been through the ringer. The shot cups were a little sticky, like they had been leaking and the bottom of the box was sticky too. I tried these once daily (against my better judgement) for one week and honestly, I felt no change whatsoever. The taste was bad. It says it has Stevia in it and as a diabetic, I appreciate that but it also has sugar. Huh? It was edible but had a bitter, sour taste. I don’t care so much about the taste as long as it does the trick and doesn’t make me nauseous but as stated, nothing. This has a lot of “stuff” in it and most may help you in various ways, but I suspect that this doesn’t live up to the dosage listed and would fail an independent lab test. Even if it did, would it even be the correct dosage? I would proceed with caution. Any effect may be attributed to aphrodisiacal symptoms and not because of the shot.

Maybe I wasn’t the right customer for this product. I realized no benefits from taking it. In fact, a few times I felt a bit queasy after taking one of these shots. On top of that, the taste is pretty brutal. All that said, I could be an outlier. What didn’t work for me could work for others.
