Taste wasn’t terrible
This was easy to apply to your tongue or mix in a drink and I appreciate that the taste didn’t make me gag. I thought the price might have been a weensy steep, but that could just be me. I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the product because although I didn’t get sick while using it, that could have been due to many other factors as well. I would prefer to switch back to the pill forms if I am in need of echinacea in the future.

I always keep echinacea in the house due to it’s multiple health benefits. When my last bottle ran out, I decided to try the BioKrauter Liquid Echinacea Tincture for multiple reasons. To start, The tincture comes in a brown glass bottle. This keep light from degrading the tincture and the glass bottle doesn’t leach anything into the product. Additionally, the product is vegan, non-GMO, alcohol and sugar free, made in a GMP certified facility, and third party tested. Furthermore, not only do you get a large four fluid ounce bottle, which is 56 servings, but you also get 680 mg of echinacea in each serving. Serving size is one full dropper. The main ingredient is organic echinacea, (echinacea purpurea) (root), and the other ingredients are certified organic vegetable glycerin (a sugar alcohol), and purified water.The bottle has an expiration date and what appears to be a lot number. It the manufacturer’s name, address, phone number, email, and website are all on the bottle. The bottle has a very professional label on it, the top is shrink wrapped for safety, and the dropper is glass. It is suggested that you take the product in two ounces of juice or water, but I took it directly from the dropper, like always. The product is brown in color, has a bit of a strange taste, but is sweet and not unpleasant. Although sweet, glycerin is a sugar alcohol, so this product would be okay for those avoiding sugar and carbs. Finally, the box, bottle, and Amazon ad, all state “German Technology”, but they don’t why this is important, other than it ensures premium quality.Overall, this product has all of the earmarks I seek when looking for a quality product, glass bottle, glass dropper, expiration date, lot number, GMP certified factory, non-GMO, organic, no sugar or carbs, shrink wrapped, all of the manufacturer’s info on the bottle and a really great price point. Five stars.

Kind of skeptical
I use a lot of herbs and different types of teas for my everyday life period. I ran out of echinacea so I got this instead of what I usually would get. The taste was a little bit off to me and I’m already a little bit skeptical because Amazon is known to not be careful about herbs.The quantity is pretty decent. And the price point is also extremely decent. The kind I’m used to getting is more expensive than this for sure. I know this herbal supplement is supposed to be very good for your immune system and that’s what I usually use it for.It’s really easy to mix into juices and teas because the flavor is not extremely strong. I did try to look up more information about this company and this brand but I couldn’t really find anything which also left me feeling a little bit skeptical.As far as how it works, I’m not entirely sure. I did smell it and taste it, but because of my skepticism, I stuck mainly to my regular herbs. I haven’t incorporated this in my daily use and probably won’t unless I can find out some additional information.
