I bought this for my dad who’s almost 80, and he really likes it so far. It’s easy for him to take, and the honey flavor makes it more pleasant. He’s been feeling a little more energized and less tense. He also said it has helped calm the stomach issues he was dealing with which is a major plus! Great natural supplement for older men! The price was right and because it was effective makes it all worthwhile!

Not so Tasty but Works!
I myself haven’t tried the supplement, but I got it from my husband who has had low energy and a hard time falling asleep lately. He started taking this and from the first time he took it he said he was able to see an improvement in his sleep that night. It says you can take it twice a day. But he’s not tried taking it during the day because he is scared it would make him drowsy ha ha he might just be sensitive to supplements, but for him this product truly works and has really helped him to feel more relaxed and definitely to get a better nights sleep. He falls asleep a lot quicker and stays asleep more deeply throughout the night. I’m not sure of the exact effect on testosterone specifically because we haven’t done any test, but he loves it just for the fact that it’s improved to sleep so much at night. The taste is terrible and the smell off putting. That’s the worst aspect of it for him. Though he said you can’t really taste it if you mix it with some orange juice so an easy fix. He finds the price reasonable for the effectiveness and amount that you get.

The quality! And taste! Both are great!
This Form of Ashwagawnda has been the best for me personally that I have found on the market. It’s great after working out or after a good hike it restores the muscles nicely, and I personally like to use it an hour or so before bed as it helps induce relaxation. I also want to point out the taste, it taste a bit sweet at first then bitter but not overly bitter!

Ashwagandha that is easy to absorb
Overall, the product works great and I love that the ashwagandha is in liquid form instead of a pill, my body seems to absorb it better this way. The unflavored is a little ‘strong’, but not nasty in any way. Great if you want the product with as little additives as possible. I did see slight energy level increase and a moderate mood improvement which is to be expected of ashwagandha.

I have tried this several times, but perhaps not often enough to notice any effects. I have not had any unpleasant physical reaction to it, so that’s good.It helps that it is in liquid form, and not in a pill. This liquid helps to boost your energy and reduce stress.
