Impressed! Excellent chelator.
I started giving these to my teenage, ASD son to help with his body odor. I had completely forgotten that chlorella is a chelator. A year and a half later, I retested his heavy metals with the thought we might start a chelation protocol, only to find his numbers had reduced drastically. After reviewing his diet and supplements, it is clear these little tablets are the sneaky heroes! I give him 15-20 little tablets a day, divided into 2 doses. He doesn’t need deodorant and his lead, cadmium and aluminum have gone from “red zone” to yellow. I think the price is more than reasonable considering cheaper products sourced in China are often contaminated with metals and pollutants. The only other brand I’d trust is the “____ bits” brand, but they cost more than double what Biogenesis costs. I’ll be sticking with what’s working! Very effective. Very easy to use/swallow. Excellent product!

15 pills per day is rough, even when they’re “mini”
On an individual basis, I do like that these tablets are small and easy to swallow. However, when you consider that it takes 15 pills for a single day’s serving, it becomes a lot harder to deal with, personally.Spirulina supplements never smell or taste great, and 15 pills worth of that smell just eventually became too much for me. I think I made it 2 weeks of daily doses before I started leaving at least half the daily dosage in my day’s pill box. The odor and mild aftertaste of fifteen of these each day just resulted in my being kind of repulsed by the idea of taking them, eventually.Pill fatigue might sound like a strange concept, but I honestly think it’s what happened here. I am going to take a break so that I can let that aversion pass, and then just take maybe 2-3 per day. Some is better than none, right?
