I love this whole food supplement so much! I began using it after my son was born when my midwife encouraged me to find a reliable postnatal vitamin. We were worried my thyroid had taken a hit from birth and wanted something natural to support it during recovery. Well, this product was literally everything I wanted in a whole food supplement! Containing ingredients that were clean, regeneratively raised/grown, and intentionally selected to support overall hormonal health as a woman. Can’t wait enough about this product and notice such a difference while taking it!

Not for everyone
I wanted to love these..however, I found that dandelion is a very potent herb. I ended up being sensitive to it and started having random bruising which is one of the negative side effects of taking dandelion. My midwife told me she would not recommend dandelion be taken daily, and she would not recommend it be taken when pregnant at all since if you take too much, or if you have a sensitivity like I do, you could succumb to the negative effects which include bleeding and bruising. For obvious reasons, you don’t want to ingest something that can promote bleeding when you’re pregnant. I would not recommend taking during pregnancy unless the formula is revised to remove dandelion altogether.

They are a little smelly!
I was using the Bloom Prenatal by Birthright, but since they’re out of stock, I decided to try Birthright Revive. I’ve noticed a significant boost in my energy levels, and it seems like my hair and nails are getting stronger. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence, but I also feel less nauseous with these. Plus, I’ve noticed better hormonal balance. I can’t wait for Bloom to be back in stock so I can order those again. The bottle recommends taking six a day, so I take three in the morning and three in the evening. The size is a decent size pill. I don’t think they taste like anything. They are made with good quality ingredients. I do like taking these pills and mixing it with magnesium.

I’m leaving this review after using one entire bottle (30 days). After taking it for a few days, I did notice that my overall energy seemed to increase – it was easier to wake up in the morning. My menstrual cramps while taking this supplement were minimal. Now, were these observable symptoms directly due to taking this supplement? I don’t know for sure. But I do trust that the ingredients in here are quality, and taking it gives me nutrients I was probably lacking. Taking six giant pills every day is a bit annoying, but if it makes you feel healthier and happier it might be worth it.
