I’m not sure whether its working
This is my first time ever using any type of testosterone supplement. I haven’t noticed any increases in my physical energy, and while some reviewers have indicated an increase in concentration, I find that my acetyl L carnitine does a better job regarding concentration and memory. I have only been taking it for one week, so I will continue taking it until I’ve used all the pills and a given update as to its effectiveness. One thing I am happy to note is that I have not had any side effects from it.

Good blend, not enough of each
Tongkat ali, maca, ginseng, ashwagandha, these are all heavily studied herbs. Unfortunately, this doesn’t contain enough of each to be truly effective. Ironically, or I guess appropriately, you will need to supplement this supplement, or supplement other supplements with this one, to get the effects.

I recently tried the Blend&Be Testo Support herbal dietary supplement and had high hopes based on its impressive ingredient list, which includes Tongkat Ali, Fenugreek, Ginseng, Maca, Ashwagandha, Spirulina, Tribulus, Black Seed, and Cinnamon. The promise of improved energy and overall wellness was appealing, and I was excited to incorporate it into my routine.While I appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the bonus e-book that came with it, my experience has been a bit mixed. I didn’t notice significant changes in my energy levels or mood, which was disappointing. However, I did find that it didn’t cause any negative side effects, which is always a plus.Overall, it’s a decent supplement with great potential, but it may not deliver the results everyone hopes for. It might work better for others, but for me, it was just okay. If you’re looking for a supplement with a robust formula, it’s worth a try, but manage your expectations.
