Four stars for MY unique body NOT yours.Jarrow’s discontinued glucose optimizer is hits stronger. It’s hard to find a product that contain’s every ingredient–strength and dose. This product contains majority of Jarrow’s formula…but not enough. It’s mellow. Jarrow’s hits heavy and hard. I notice a drop in mood regulation when I don’t take Jarrow’s. When I don’t take this product, I’m able to maintain an even temperament with blood sugar insulin levels. I guess it’s better to not have a drastic change to your insulin. Sometimes products that hit hard aren’t always the best. But I’m an adrenaline junkie, so I have to give it a 4 for the subtle hit.
