Reduces bloating
I love my bloom I got the berry flavor. Personally I like using juice or some milk to mix it in. I don’t really like how it taste with water lol but that’s just a me thing. I’ve been taking this for a while now but I saw results in a couple weeks. Especially when it comes to my periods I have notice that it helps ALOT with my cramps and feeling bloated. My periods aren’t as heavy and it just makes it tolerable 🙂

So I barely write reviews , because I’m too lazy to come back and write something.I had to for this product.I’ve been using this product for over a month and I am obsessed.I’ve been wanting to add greens to my diet for a while but was skeptical and didn’t know which one to go with. This one was on a good prime day deal and this brand is everywhere so decided to try.I just want to address the number one complaint I saw… which was the amount that comes in the container. First of all in the description it explains why it looks like it is half full after packaging. Second, I got this on July 11th and been using it everyday. It is Aug 24th and I still have at least a weeks worth left. So a product that said 30 servings has given me way more. The container doesn’t look completely full but has more than enough in it.I got the strawberry kiwi and taste is not bad at all. A little sweet but I just add more water and it’s perfect. Not super grainy, blends well. Again I just add more water if it seems too grainy .I have been super backed up , while taking glp-1 and this even helped better than mag07! It has helped me become more regular and has helped with bloating so much! I usually drink it later in the day and when I wake up I feel so good. I used to wake up so bloated . Not sure I’ve noticed a difference in my energy but definitely over all gut health for sure!! I definitely feel that the price is expensive and will probably wait until its on deal again but it’s worth the hype for sure!! I absolutely love it and so glad I gave it a try. If you see it on deal and have been wanting to try.. GO FOR IT!!

I have tried many green powders and all but this one tasted awful! I’d drink them because I felt they were good for me but this one I actually enjoy drinking! It mixes easily without clumps m, which is also not common amount green powders! Bought a second one and will continue to replenish. Also found it’s cheaper to buy on Amazon than other places. Just wish they had the other flavour to try too!
