Refreshing and Easy Oil Pulling Routine with Noticeable Results
I use this oil for pulling twice a day—once in the morning upon waking, and once before my nightly tooth brushing. Instead of squirting the oil into the plastic cup, I squeeze about a tablespoon directly into my mouth and gently swish it for 10–15 minutes while watching YouTube or working on my laptop. (That way, I don’t have to wash the cupeach time.)This routine was easy to establish since the oil’s flavor is pleasant, and it’s effortless to fit into my morning and evening habits. After swishing, I rinse with warm water and brush my teeth. After about two weeks of regular use, I’ve noticed fresher breath and less tooth sensitivity to cold. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a natural way to improve oralfreshness and comfort.

    Effective and Refreshing Mouth Rinse
This Ayurvedic mouth rinse works really well. The cardamom and mint blend keeps my mouth fresh and comfortable, without being too strong. It’s easy to use for both Kavala and Gandusha, and I like that it’s natural. Overall, it’s a simple way to keep my oral care routine effective and refreshing.

    Great addition to your routine
The clove taste is a little strong, but otherwise this is the best product I’ve used for oil pulling. I am very prone to cavities, so adding this to my daily oral care routine on top of flossing, brushing, and mouthwashing has been great! Great ingredients, packaging, and overall value.

    Very strong flavor
I’ve been oil pulling with coconut oil almost everyday for the last 8+ months. This cardamom mint oil was definitely a lot different in comparison. The oil itself doesn’t necessarily taste like anything, but the aroma of the ingredients makes it very strong. I accidentally used way too much, which may have contributed to that. I swished for about 10 mins, spit it out in the garbage (to avoid any potential pipe issues), then rinsed and brushed as instructed. The flavor did not linger.I haven’t noticed much of a difference as oil pulling takes time and consistency, but overall it didn’t seem like anything special. I think I prefer to stick with my plain coconut oil as the flavor of the cardamom and mint felt too overpowering. I will continue to use it until it’s finished. Bottle is very small, so it won’t last too long with daily pulling. Some other notes: it includes a small measuring cup, which is nice. Outside was sealed in plastic but did not have any sort of safety seal under the lid; figured this was fine as it isn’t something to be ingested. Additionally, it was not filled to the top (missing about 1/2″) but I think that’s how it’s supposed to be per the listing photo.

Very strong taste, which I think is intended, but good to know before you buy 🙂
I’m a big fan of cardamom, but using it as a pulling oil flavor is new for me. I found that even after using the oil and brushing my teeth and tongue really well I couldn’t get rid of the taste of cardamom, so it’s not my favorite. The top did not have a safety seal which I found strange. I do love Ayurveda products, but for me personally I think I’ll stick with my plan on coconut pulling oil in the future, as this taste before bed it’s just a little too much for me. Still it seems to be a good product, and if you like this kind of thing then it seems like a good brand.

“I’ve been using Blue Nectar Clove Oil for oil pulling and it’s refreshing and soothing on the gums. The clove taste is strong but pleasant, and it leaves my mouth feeling clean with fresher breath. Works well for mild gum sensitivity too. Only downside is the strong clove flavor can feel intense at first.”
