SAVING MY LIFE!
Stress will kill you and deplete your body of all it needs to function properly. It does it slowly and in my case painfully. I was starting to experience extreme depression. I am not a fan nor will I condone anti depressants and that is simply my opinion. For those on drugs that have helped, blessings to you. However, I was raised by a manic depressive mother… or so she was diagnosed. As a result I have always taken extra care to pay attention to what was going on for me mentally, spiritually, emotionally etc… I hit a pretty big bottom in the sadness and hopelessness department and let it grow over a few months because I didn’t have the energy to do anything about it. I slept a lot AND felt listless and fog brained all the time. Then I started having issues with Vertigo that would last a week. In the end I decided I couldn’t give into it, I have a husband who loves me and more than that I LOVE MYSELF. I decided to do a little research and YES, according to Google I WAS DYING lol! Went to the doctor for a simple checkup and they found nothing. It is then I decided to take back control. I bought the Bluebonnet Stress B Complex because everything I read said that B 12 may upset my stomach and this might be easier on me. AND I ordered the Rainbow Light, Women’s Organic Multivitamin. It has been two months and I AM A NEW WOMAN! I am sleeping again. I’m eating better, I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time AND most important I AM NOT EXPERIENCING DEPRESSION! What more do you need? Try it. You’ve got nothing to lose. While you’re there btw, avoid everything and anything food related that contains the words HYDROGENTATED, Hydrogenation… and HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! This stuff is killing us!

I started taking this vitamin because I have deal with high stress on a day to day basis due to PTSD. This not only gives me the energy that my stress typically depletes me of, but it also boosts my mood and mental clarity as well. I get through the day more balanced and emotionally regulated. I notice the difference whenever I go a few days without taking it. The chewable B6, B12, and folate that Bluebonnet sells is adequate as well!
