I normally will buy this at my local Chinese store and they were out of this product at the moment. So I’ve seen it on Amazon enough that it was a convenient. So normally when I take this, I will feel the urge to use the restroom 1 AM and I will most definitely have a bowel movement. It’s a very good cleanse, but I noticed since I bought this from Amazon, it’s like drinking regular tea. Absolutely nothing happens. This is my second time buying this. I thought the first box that I purchased was a dud, but on my second box still there is no effects. It’s like just drinking regular tea as I said nothing happens and this is not just with one cup. This is with 4 cups different times on different days absolutely a waste of money.

Stay near a toilet!
Will rip up your insides if you take it too strong so start in very weak incrimants and work your way up over time.Good to take after a day of eating badly (Holidays, fairs, ect)

This product is awesome. It makes you feel less constipated, curbs ur appetite, and does a premature colon cleanse. I use two bags and only on weekends. Best to take it every Friday to clean out the weekly buildup.

Does the job. I drink it at 9-10pm then in the bathroom in between 7-9am. It cleanes you out. Drink it a little earlier at night if you have to go to work earlier so you release yourself. 😉
