Great magnesium powder for winding down
Great magnesium powder with additional amino acids. Helps to wind down and relax at the of the day. We mix it with seltzer water about an hour before bedtime and can feel the gentle relaxation effects within a few minutes.

Not 7.2 oz—container half full
The product itself is good however the amount in the container is VERY FALSE ADVERTISING. The container is 7.2 oz however it was filled only half way so in reality you’re getting 3.6 oz. As you can see in the photo it’s only half.
