I can definitely see the difference
My grandson is 3 years old and is autistic and it takes everything to get him to calm down for the night it’s like the darker it gets out side the more wound up he gets.I bought this to see if it would help the first night I just put it on his feet because he doesn’t like things on him like lotions, wet clothes, wash rags etc… the next night I played a tickle game with him and got it closer on him like his inner arm and his feet… he slept 7 hours straight through and not all over the bed. We have used this for 2 weeks and on vacation and I believe it has helped him to sleep better and not all over the bed. He still has his nights but not nearly as much as he did before using bright calming oil.
