Smells good & helps with the pain
I’ve been using this cream for a few days now and it helps take the edge off my nerve pain. It has a nice cooling effect that feels soothing right away, especially on my feet and lower legs. The texture absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, and there’s no strong smell, which I appreciate – I’ll be keeping this on hand from now on.

Using it daily for pain relief
I have been using this recently. I tried this for my joint pain and it really helps ease the soreness after a long day. It absorbs quickly without a strong smell, and I can actually feel the relief within minutes.

This is more of a muscle cream, not a neuropathy cream
This is not a neuropathy cream. It is a more like a muscle cream like icy hot it does nothing for your neuropathy whatsoever. I am not impressed. It should not have been placed in this category.

Smells Like Toothpaste, Not for Me
I have several joints that need attention and enjoy trying new topical products. I ordered the “Neuropathy Cream with Natural Ingredients” by Regpem, which is labeled as a neuropathy cream. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.When I opened the tube, I was surprised by how strongly it smelled like toothpaste. I’ve used plenty of skin products with peppermint and menthol and never had a problem, but this one uses wintergreen, and I’ve realized that scent doesn’t work for me. It’s a very intense wintergreen aroma, and if you are sensitive to scent, this product may not work for you either. To me, wintergreen is strongly associated with toothpaste, and I found it off-putting to use as a body product.I found that this cream absorbed adequately and didn’t leave a greasy residue, which was a plus. It gave a mild cooling sensation, but I don’t think it provides the same level of relief I’ve experienced from menthol-based creams for muscle pain. By the time the wintergreen smell faded, the cooling sensation was also gone.The packaging and labeling suggest this product might be marketed more toward Arabic or Persian markets, where wintergreen may be more commonly used in topical care. In the U.S., it’s mostly linked to toothpaste. I’ll finish the tube because I hate to waste anything, but I won’t be ordering this again.

Works for a short while.
I use an ointment on my knee before every workout and came across this lotion and decided to give it a try. It has a very strong medicinal smell, similar to other OTC ointments, which I do not mind as long as the lotion works. It goes on feeling very cold, which is what I was hoping for. The cold feeling wears off after a short while. It worked the same as any other OTC ointment I have tried — brings short-term relief for knee joint pain. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it has a pretty high price point when compared to its competitors, the reason for only four stars.
