Great quality cod liver oil – easy to take!
I’ve been taking these Carlson Cod Liver Oil Gems for about 6 months now and I’m really happy with them. The softgel capsules are a good size – not too big to swallow but substantial enough that you feel like you’re getting a proper dose.What I appreciate most is that there’s virtually no fishy aftertaste, which was a problem I had with other brands. I take one in the morning with breakfast and haven’t experienced any digestive issues. The 1000mg strength feels like good value compared to having to take multiple smaller capsules.I originally started taking these for the vitamin A and D content during the winter months, and I do think they’ve helped with my energy levels. The bottle is well-sealed and the expiration dates have always been well into the future when I receive them.Carlson has a solid reputation for quality supplements, and these cod liver oil gems live up to that standard. The price point is reasonable for what you get – 250 capsules lasts me about 8 months taking one daily. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable cod liver oil supplement without the unpleasant taste of liquid versions.

NATURAL and easy to swallow
This is a quality product and delivers a good dose of vitamin D. I have been taking it for a year now and feel better not so depressed during the winter! In fact I feel pretty good!

I’ve been using this brand for a long time for the last seven years or so there’s one of the best I always go back to this type of fish oil. Cod Liver oil helps a lot with my brain function. I have extreme ADHD that I deal with at times it’s just so good. I’m also using the fish oil as well cod liver oil is highly recommended.and I am so grateful for this product and been using the one that is liquid more oftenI take this every day and sometimes I take double dose actually I have to take more. It helps me with my joints with my brain function. Concentration against depression many things HalleluYah I tried other brands. I believe that these are this is the best company. It’s a big deal to have quality fish oil and also refined properly.

I went with this brand because the label gave the amounts for both vitamin D and omega 3s. It came on time. The packaging was intact. The pills look to be of a good quality. They are large pills, so if you have trouble swallowing, this is something to keep in mind. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I will most likely buy again once these run out.Update, March 2024: I did continue to buy this product. The pills are high quality, and there’s no fishy smell or taste. I will continue to buy.
