Works great for bacterial infections
I use this as a natural antibiotic in place of coconut oil. Coconut oil makes me gag- if I take this on an empty stomach I get really sick 🤢 so sick I feel like I need to be rushed to the er- so I eat a handful of sunflower seed kernels right before I take this and it’s fine. I take it multiple times a day. I’m dealing with gum disease and although I’m taking the steps to get the bacteria off of my teeth and gums, I am swallowing the gunk as it comes off so I keep getting bacterial infections- taking these keeps the bacteria at bay. Yes coconut oil is a natural antibiotic- and this works just as good as mixing coconut oil in a drink or eating spoonfuls of it. If you catch any infection in the early stages and start taking these, it will get rid of the infection immediately. I use coconut oil on my kids and pets too. I did stop taking these for awhile and let a mouth infection get too bad before I took these one time and I couldn’t take enough to help the infection so then I had to get prescription antibiotics- but like I said- at the first sign of infection take 3 of these- 3 times a day for 4-7 days and you’ll be good to go. And most times it’s just one day of taking them to get the infection out- but to be on the safe side I recommend a few days of it.

high quality, easy on the gut
I have been meaning to try out MCT oil so I bought this product.The capsules are rather large but still not to bad to swallow. If you have a hard time swallowing large gel caps, this is probably not the product for you.The oil itself isn’t harsh, I haven’t experienced any adverse side effects, if you bite the gel cap the oil is very easy to pallet, I haven’t had any instances where I burp up the oil after taking the caps, It seems to digest well (at least for me).I have been taking this in the morning with my coffee and about 1 hour before dinner for about 2 weeks. I have lost 3-4 lbs and not even through the whole bottle yet. I have noticed my appetite is more controlled, bowl movements are more regular and more manageable.I have also cut a lot of fried foods out of my diet and been very careful not to eat unhealthy types of oil. I have also bought some MCT oil that I use for cooking and on foods but the majority of my MCT oil intake is from these gel caps.Overall, I would recommend this product and is a great way to test out MCT.

Poor quality control on this product. All of the pills were melted together.
All of the pill were melted together into one solid mass. There could not be pulled loose to use even 1 pill. There is no return on the item and no help available. Poor quality control on this product.
