I like Carlyle supplements. There are some that I use on a regular basis. I needed to order more Ashwagandha. This is a supplement I use daily and I was almost out. When I saw Carlyle Mucuna with Ashwagandha offered I decided to give it a try. I’d never used Mucuna before, but after a little research I was of the opinion that it could be beneficial for me as well, so I placed my order.In all of the Carlyle products I’ve used I’ve felt that they were good quality. I felt that way about this one as well. These come as small, easy to swallow capsules. I’m not thrilled that a dose requires two capsules, but that’s my only complaint. They seem to be offered at a fair price, they’re easy to swallow, have no strange smell or taste, and I didn’t have any negative reactions to them. I’m as pleased with this Carlyle product as I have been with the others.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Reviews I’ve posted will be from items I’ve had direct contact with. These are my honest opinions. I will not post a review for a product I have not had personal contact with.

I haven’t noticed a huge difference with this supplement so far, but I also haven’t experienced any adverse reactions. I will continue to take them and update if my review needs to change.

Good Supplement, Helps With Relaxation, Not Sure About Inflammation
I got this because I wanted to add macuna to my ashwaganda intake. I like Carlyle brand.SIZEThese capsules are not difficult to take. They are average size.DIGESTIONI take these with my dinner meal as instructed and there are no issues.DO THEY HELP?I have seen that these help me with relax and focus, but not so sure of the anti-inflammatory effects of macuna. I am not really seeing a huge difference there at this point after several weeks.THE BOTTOM LINEAlthough I am not seeing huge results with inflammation, I am liking the focus and de-stress I get from these. I will continue taking them.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I will continue these until gone. If they seem to help, I will get another bottle in the future. I am not closed to keeping up with them at this point.
