Great product, but DON’T use daily or long term
I started taking this when I started to get sick all the time. I was so desperate because I had been sick for over a month with a lingering mucousy cough. I figured, what do I have to lose? Honestly, I felt the benefits right away. I felt better and healthier, and the last bout of sickness that ran through my house left me unscathed! I do recommend this for increasing immunity, however, after taking it daily, I’ve unfortunately developed side effects like upset stomach, heartburn, and diarrhea. I don’t think there’s enough warning against taking this daily. I also should’ve done more research, but I think I will stop using this daily and only use it when I think I’m getting sick. I’ve also read online that oil of oregano is good to use 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off just to prevent the possible stomach issues.

This thing is a life saver! It helped me so much. I bought this after reading all the excellent reviews and I wanted to give it a try since I was desperate to heal myself. I was very tired everyday barely wanting to get out of bed. My body, bones and everything was hurting me. I had major stomach issues to the point that I was very bloated and nauseous everyday. Additionally I was feeling depressed, my hair was falling out and my skin was looking dull and gray, trouble falling asleep. So let me tell you! This thing is magic! I have no more stomach issues, no morning pains, I’m not tired during the day and I have a lot of energy. My hair is not falling out as much and my skin looks nice and bright again. I’m so so happy I came across this supplement. I have to say that when I first started to taking the pills I did feel a little discomfort in the stomach and little burning in my throat. I was taking it for a week and I stopped for a week then I started taking it again and I was fine. I take them after dinner. I know supplements work differently for everyone but this did wonders for me. Be your own judge but give it a try.

Por otro lado, llevo 3 días tomandolo y como dicen, debe ser con alimentos y si te deja un leve sabor a Oregno, sin embargo, confío en que me ayude con temas para lo cual lo compre, más adelante daré mis comentarios para ver si es o no efectivo, Por lo pronto comprenlo.
