Started taking these two months ago and have re-ordered. They worked great after a couple weeks really feeling a difference in my overall wellbeing. The positive is they don’t upset my belly don’t have an awkward taste and despite being large in size they go down fairly easy.The negative is that I don’t notice any changes after about 3 months of use already.
