The combined vitamin black pepper extract curcumin 500# mg., once daily by rest of pills is routines. It makes a better moving limbs. Black pepper in that curcumin.

This is a great anti inflammatory, just make sure to take with small amount of a healthy fat and black pepper to get maximum effect. I take one in the morning and one around supper time.
