Carnations are a must in the morning. They pack a good amount of protein and a ton of nutrients. The flavor is just as good or better than other regular chocolate powders. There’s also a ton of packs for the cost. The powder is never clunky and it’s so quick to mix in to milk.

Absolutely a must have in my home !! So many great health benifits. I have one maybe two a day mixed with a glass of cold milk. Wonder expecailly when you don’t have a lot of appetite or time for a full meal! Super good tasting, tastes like chocolate milk! And gets you through the morning. This is a good meal replacement item for the mornings when you’re hungry but you don’t want a lot or in the evening when you just need a little something . The flavors decent it could be a little more chocolatey .It mixes well it’s quick and you can take it on the go . You can mix it up and then put your coffee in on top of it oh you’ve got a treat .

I mistakenly ordered these thinking they were the ready made drinks but this is a great value! They are handy to keep in the car with water. I usually buy the bottles ready-to-drink. But now l think l may stick to these and just pre-mix them and leave in the fridge! Now it makes sense why they were cheaper than usual but you pay for the extra convenience of not having to mix it with milk or water.

Really great way to get some nutrients and protein first thing in the morning. I mix with water. It tastes good, mixes well,Isn’t heavy or thick, very easy to drink. Goes down easy. I add it to my breakfast but it can be a meal replacement, as well. Very satisfying, I never go without.
