great way to consume cinnamon
I’ve never been a fan of the taste of cinnamon, so I was pleasantly surprised by these Ceylon cinnamon capsules. The capsule form completely seals the flavor, making them easy to swallow without any lingering aftertaste. Easy to take, but no changes for me
This seems like a quality supplement, and I like that it’s organic and cleanly made. The capsules are easy to swallow, but I didn’t notice any changes in my blood sugar level or overall health while taking it. It may be more effective for others, but for me it was just fine overall and not something I’d reorder.

I’d read that Ceylon cinnamon is very powerful, much more so than your average cinnamon to cook with. If that incredible scent is any measure then I can back that up personally.The capsules are a size that I find easy to take, and I have had no problems with my stomach or anything else, having taken them the last several days.Many of the Ceylon cinnamon supplements that I have seen are so expensive I was put off, but these are very potent, so even though the suggested dose is two capsules a day, I’m taking only one a day. So for me this is two months’ worth of an organic product made in the USA, and the price is already good. I am very pleased with these affordable, high quality supplements, and very glad I found them.

Organic and high quality cinnamon supplement!
I’ve been wanting to take cinnamon for a long time and this organic, made in the USA supplement is the perfect supplement for me. Pills are easy to swallow and there a pleasant cinnamon smell everytime I open the bottle!No adverse effects and blood sugars seems to be lower after a month. Highly recommend this brand!

Good quality supplement
I like these cinnamon capsules. They do smell heavily of cinnamon, whereas most supplements don’t have much of a scent, so keep that in mind. I haven’t experienced any ill effects using this and I’m happy that it’s ceylon and not cassia. I’m not sure it’s the best value. I have found other ceylon cinnamon capsules for less in the natural stores, but at least it’s made in the US from a well known brand. Very strong cinnamon
These capsules are packed with cinnamon powder. Cinnamon is a good supplement. The capsules were easy to swallow and had no taste…until they dissolved in my stomach. I must be very sensitive to cinnamon because about 20 minutes after I swallowed the capsules, I was burping cinnamon and the strong cinnamon was upsetting my stomach. The stomach upset did go away after I drank some milk.

supplement lot number: CNM241206-60, exp: 12/2029As of May 22, 2025, here is what I know:1. vitalize-life.com (the domain name used for their support email) is a broken squarespace website with an error message in German and the domain was registered on 12/22/24 (to florida)2. the street address on the packaging is for a registered agent in FL (in other words, for a fee, they can be your business address). Since they (logical physicians service LLC) only claim to distribute, that seems fair, but…3. they claim to be made in the USA (w/global ingredients), were made in a GMP certified facility, and are 3rd party lab verified, but I can’t find any evidence to any of these claims, or to where these ‘global ingredients’ might be sourced.The package I received was well packaged and double sealed and looked just like the pretty pictures on this listing. I opened a capsule to take a taste of the ceylon cinnamon and they smell much spicier than they taste, but according to the internet, ceylon is milder, and this Ceylon tastes in line with this description I found online:”Ceylon cinnamon is not known for its spiciness. It has a mild, delicate taste with notes of citrus and flowers, making it more suitable for desserts and delicate dishes. In contrast, cassia cinnamon, which is more commonly found in supermarkets, has a stronger, spicier flavor.”I’m happy to re-evaluate my review if more transparency about 3rd party testing, etc are made available, but right now, this is well packaged, it just depends on how much trust you have in claims without the evidence freely shared.
