It does work.
I thought my cholesterol was beginning to get a little high. So I decided to try these. They are capsules and are easy to swallow. I took them for about two months before I had my blood work done. My HDL was way higher than before. The LDL was low. So I would say it works. You want high HDL because it’s good. You want low LDL because it’s “Lousy”. That’s the way I remember it. Anyway, it works and is pretty effortless.

This supplement contains some components that I already consume for various health benefits. So, it’s a bit comforting to see familiar names amongst the components. The serving size is one capsule, with 60 servings in the bottle.The Supplement Facts indicates that the various ingredients are USDA Organic Certified. This is a big plus, it shows the integrity, purity and quality of the ingredients. They list the ingredients and amounts, per capsule: 176mg Red Yeast Rice & Green Tea Extracts; 160mg Dandelion Root & Bitter Melon Extracts; 240mg Napal, Papaya & Moringa Extracts; 42mg Turmeric 10:1, Garlic 10:1, Fenugreek; 82mg Grape Seed Oil & Extracts, Pomegranate Seed Oil & Extracts, Black Seed Oil & Seed. Various studies have shown these components’ capacity to potentially lower and manage healthy cholesterol levels. So, I have fingers crossed for this combination supplement.I do have to comment that I find it odd that they don’t provide the actual quantities of each ingredient, instead of grouping some together with a combined total. This could mean that the combined total is almost all of one ingredient and a ‘speck’ of the other. This is a bit better than just naming it a Proprietary Blend, with one total for all the ingredients, though. I would still prefer a clearer audit of the ingredients and quantities.The product label displays a number of badges and certifications: Vegan, Gluten-Free, GMO-Free, Made In The USA, USDA Organic and Washington State Department of Agriculture Organic Program. The double certification for organic content ensures the integrity, purity and quality of the ingredients in this supplement. These certification satisfy quality assurance concerns, checking off important boxes for me.I feel this is an excellent assortment of ingredients that have the potential to lower and maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels. Based on these considerations, I rate this cholesterol support supplement 4 – 4.25 stars.

Helped my cholesterol
I’m not a fan of medicine. Too many side effects. So I try to control stuff like my cholesterol with natural products. When my cholesterol started creeping up my doctor wanted to put me on meds, so I said give me a few months to try some things. If it doesn’t help, we’ll do it your way. He agreed, and I started on products with the red yeast rice and dandelion, moringa. It helped me to get it under control before it got out of control. It might not be for everyone. Definitely talk to your doctor before you add anything into your routine so they can watch and adjust. It’s for your safety. I’d reorder though.
