Okay, so this is kind of a two-part review. You get two 8 oz bottles of coconut massage oil, and they come with both caps and pumps, which is a nice option depending on how you want to use them. Since it’s a massage oil, it’s on the thinner side. Nothing surprising there. The texture is slick at first but it does absorb well with some massaging in. It’s definitely got that “greasy at first” feel, which is actually what you want in this case.The oil itself is solid, but the packaging needs work. Both bottles came wrapped together in plastic, but neither had safety seals. By the time I opened them, both bottles were already oily on the outside. One had clearly leaked a bit, and you can see in the photo I added that some of the oil was already missing, even before the first use. It’s not a huge leap to add a seal under the cap, especially since the pumps come separately. That would’ve avoided the mess and made the whole thing feel a lot more sanitary.

Slightly oily on the skin but it absorbs well.
It only takes a little bit to cover a lot of skin. It’s wonderfully aromatic. The scent of coconut stands out the most, but this oil contains a lot of other good ingredients too. It’s an excellent value for two 8-ounce bottles that should last a long time. I rubbed it into my husband’s shoulders and upper back. He enjoyed the massage, and now he smells fantastic. I’m going to use it at bedtime to promote muscle relaxation and better sleep.

It definitely smells a bit like coconut but also some other scent – strong scented oil
It has a smell that is more than coconut and pretty strong; smells decent but definitely strong. The oil is a good choice for massaging; it goes on like massage oil should and soaks in pretty well. It’s handy to have the pump included, though it came with the pump separate from the container of oil and this has leaked all over the package, outside of the package on the front porch, etc.
