I felt a difference on the first day when I tried them. I’ve been experimenting different times to take them and it seems that right before a workout is best. If I take them before, I have more energy during the workout and a much faster recovery. I used to be so tired after brutal boxing workouts, but no more since i started taking these. I can actually do things after the workouts. Also feel very refreshed in the morning and I am not as sore! Great great great product

Be aware of calcium sensitivity or intolerance before taking this supplement.
I have purchased this 2x, and have realized that the calcium in this product causes my knee joints to be painful, lock up and swell. It also affects other joints throughout my body that are arthritic and makes the pain flair up. It took almost 2 bottles of this, experimenting by starting and stopping, but it finally all came together that it is the calcium causing the problems. If you don’t have issues with calcium this will be a good supplement for you, if calcium bothers you, try taking magnesium, potassium and niacin (you don’t need the sodium) separately as I was doing prior to purchasing this. I am now back to this regimin and doing fine, just back to taking more capsules(was trying to take less, and this supplement would have condensed all those for me)

Messy capsules & waxy residue, disappointing first impression
UPDATE: Great customer and fast service! I emailed customer service and the replied immediately and offered a refund or replacement after I shared my photo for that reason I added two more stars to my review. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m on my first day of trying the product, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness yet. However, I noticed that the capsules arrived with loose powder inside the container. Every time I grab a capsule, I get white powder on my hands, and it leaves a slight “waxy” residue that I really don’t like. For that reason alone I will not purchase it again, unless it was just a defect and I happened to get a bad batch.

I got mine to counter the effects from digestive enzymes. These Keto minerals are void of citrates, sulfates and citric acid. Those increase or liberate histamine levels in me. This product delivers and is far superior than any of the crap out there, honestly.I had a bit of a detox and after verifying this with my naturopath she advised that the magnesium chloride will have a temporary detox effect and this does go away. Stopped my foot cramping completely
Months and months ago I suddenly started having my foot cramp up severely from time to time. Very painful and I had no idea why it was happening. I admit, I have poor diet and have to take prescription medication too. My boyfriend had these and gave me some to try. The cramping stopped as soon as I started taking these, and I’ve been taking them ever since, for months, every day, to help with my electrolytes, and not one cramp since. They’re a staple in my daily supplement routine.

Don’t usually write reviews but these tablets actually work. Have been on low carb diets before and have felt shocking come day 3 with headaches, feeling sick and fatigue. I thought I would try these as I wanted to try the Keto diet. Sure enough they have worked for me. No headaches or feeling sick and I have been on the Keto diet for just over a week now feeling good. I have pretty bad scalpel psoriasis and am constantly experimenting with an endless line of supplements and diets in an attempt to get it under control. For the times I give up caffeine, I pop an extra one of these for two or three days and there are no headaches in sight. When I’m fasting, I take an extra and don’t feel tired or laggy. When I’m sick, or seem to be low on electrolytes I will take an extra as well. They balance my mood, they keep me regular also. If I miss a day of these, I literally know it right away! I find they are most helpful with big events like eliminating caffeine or sugar, but taking them daily has also been a game changer for me. I never write reviews but I wanted to weigh in on one of the only things that is proven to work in my life. It’s refreshing to notice an immediate response to a supplement. If you’re on the fence, I recommend you give these a try!

Too much (especially if it’s magnesium citrate or oxide) can cause diarrhea by drawing water into your gut.
