Great product! Most supplements do nothing for me and I figured this would be another waste of money. Well I stared taking it, 2 at night. I stress less, calmer, and more energy with more positive thoughts during the day. Not over thinking as much.

When I initially began taking these capsules, I didn’t notice anything significant straight away, so I made sure to keep my expectations in check. In spite of this, I believe that after around ten days of constant usage, there was a noticeable difference in the way that I handled difficult assignments. Rather than being hurried or overwhelmed, I discovered that my responses were somewhat slower and more measured than I had anticipated. Despite the fact that it is not a miraculous metamorphosis that completely removes all tension, it did provide me with the necessary calm to halt, breathe, and think through issues in a more clear and concise manner.

I just purchased this for the second time. I read reviews from a lot of people before i purchased. So far it works for me. I believe little by little I am actually losing fat. I have lost 2 inches and maintained my weight. I sleep better. I never had pain, so I can’t relate to that. Great price. Too bad its made in China. USA needs to make this product

This supplement continues to work wonders for me seemingly. The L-theanine and ashwagandha together have significantly improved my ability to relax, which makes it easier for me to wind down after a long day. Incorporating vitamins C and D3 improves my mood in addition to strengthening my immune system. I am confident in the integrity of this supplement because it is vegan and devoid of common allergies. It is a good value and reasonably priced, with 120 capsules for a 60-day supply. I’ve made this supplement a mainstay of my health routine and heartily endorse it to anybody looking for all-natural stress relief.

Quality control not good
The product itself was approved by my naturopath but she increased the dosage to 4 capsule a day for effectiveness. My only complaint is that EVERY SINGLE CAPSULE in the bottle was not 100% full. See my picture. I was disappointed due to the price point I expected better quality control.

Made in China and not returnable. I’m so happy I wasted $40 on this product. I was really careful to closely look at the label for ingredients but did not look hard enough while searching on Amazon for where it was made.
