Kids like the taste
My kids like the flavor and it helps keep them regular. I only give them one at a time a couple 1-3 times a week unless they took antibiotics then I put them on a regimen for a few weeks but only with one a day. If they take more than one it can give them gas/diarrhea on occasion but each child is different.
