Wonderful AI tea! Hot or Iced!
I have purchased this tea twice now and it is absolutely wonderful!!! I don’t consider myself a “tea drinker” but this has completely changed my perspective. My nurse practitioner suggested adding turmeric and cinnamon to my diet because I suffer from chronic inflammation from chronic migraine and spondylothesis. I am also a controlled diabetic and cinnamon has been shown to regulate blood sugar. This tea is delicious and Ibelieve it helps ease my pain and reduces swelling and bloating. I drink it hot but have recently been steeping 8 oz for 15 minutes and use it as a base for iced tea that I sweeten with pure stevia extract. I’m sure you could also use agave or honey. It is a wonderful, spicy yet refreshing cold drink to have during the day that doesn’t contain caffeine. For someone who is a medicinal tea novice and a healthy skeptic, I am very pleased with its flavor and soothing effects. The tea is high quality and very aromatic. I store it in an opaque mason jar and it stays very fresh. I only wish you received more tea for the price. However, it’s quality and potency are worth the price. You must buy a good steeper or loose tea infuser for best results. I plan to try some of the other varieties this company makes. I like that a portion of their profits go to autoimmune research. I feel like I’m doing something good for myself and someone else.

These teas taste good! I have the Fatigue Fighting tea first thing in the morning and the Anti Inflammatory tea during the day. The morning tea does help me to get going in the mornings. I have not used the Anti Inflammatory one long enough to honestly report that I feel a great difference, but based on the ingredients it can only be helpful.These teas work with the AIP diet I am on currently. I put an infuser in my cup and fill up with hot water several times. The teas come in good quality resealable bags.The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is that it seems expensive for the quantity.

Actually WORKS! (Besides being divinely delicious!) I have major adrenal issues and high cortisol symptoms that always make falling asleep a long process and the classic 3 am sudden waking. I do take melatonin. But it doesn’t stop these issues. But …The first night I drank this it really impacted me – it felt incredible to feel so mellow and centered.I slept great! I didn’t even wake up in middle of night! Now I find myself looking forward to my new “mini spa like ceremony” before bed! Also the quality and aroma of these herbs in the silky sachet is so luxurious!

Good, but overpriced and very unclear instructions.
While I like the flavor of this tea and it does help my inflammation, it is WAY overpriced and it does not come with even the advertised amount of product. On the product label, the instructions say “add one tablespoon to your tea infuser, steep for 5-10 minutes covered, and enjoy!” Yet on the nutrition label, it defines a serving size as 2.5 grams (which is a half a teaspoon) and says there are 20 cups (cups??) per container. Okay….. a typical cup of tea is 8 ounces. So I guess according to the nutrition label (not the instructions!) you should only use 1/2 teaspoon at a time to make 8 ounces? Glad I followed the instructions and made 3 cups of tea using a TABLESPOON each time before figuring all this out! I wasted most of the tea because their instructions are so confusing and pointless. Very frustrating. And I can’t imagine 1/2 teaspoon will be sufficient, I will probably use a teaspoon per cup. That brings it to 10 cups of tea you get per package. It’s pricey. I splurge on Teavana and Tea Pigs sometimes, so the price is not a total dealbreaker, but I do feel the advertising is very dishonest. I would have been much less upset if I had known what I was getting up front. I think I will keep it on hand for when I have really bad inflammation and use another turmeric tea more regularly.

Excellent. I actually quit coffee for this.
I really enjoy this and have been drinking every morning for around 3 months. It actually helped me kick coffee to the curb and I’ve been drinking that or mud water for decades. I have 2 cups in the am (reusing the bag as indicated) I’m a huge mint fan and this is so delightful as is Indont even add anything to it.
