Delicious Detox That Delivers Results
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Hey Girl Detox Tea turned out to be amazing. It tastes great and I noticed a real difference in how I felt after just a few days. Less bloating, more energy, and a nice sense of refreshment. I haven’t tried other detox teas, but I honestly don’t feel the need to.

Ok so over winter break I went to south america for a month to see my family, and the food there is amazing, plus it was summer and I didn’t have access to a gym there. So as expected I gained a lot of weight and when I came back I felt bloated and just gross in general. So I remembered hearing about these types of cleansing teas from celebrities and whatnot and I decided to give it a try. I did a lot of research because I don’t really trust these things and there’s so many detox teas out there now, so I went to someone’s instagram who I remembered had posted something about a tea and then googled it. Somehow I ended up finding this tea and I liked that it wasn’t ridiculously overpriced like a lot of the other brands. I honestly just got it cause it said it was all natural, had good reviews, and i was super bloated so i was like whatever, if it doesn’t do anything they’ll give me my money back, apparently. I started drinking the tea almost 2 weeks ago. Here’s what I think:taste: i actually really liked the taste, i don’t put anything in my tea but it still was kinda sweet, which is nicedoes it work?: yes. I wasn’t expecting a huge change but I was determined to detox and I started going to the gym regularly again and stopped overeating. It was probably the mix of all those things but I lost like 5 pounds on the first week. But the best of all: I’m not bloated anymore. The tea definitely gets rid of the bloating. It does make you go to the bathroom a lot and I’ve been drinking water like crazy. For people who also take meds that dehydrate you (i take meds for ADD and those make you super thirsty), keep a bottle of water near you at all times. I’m not kidding, my water bottle and I have been inseparable, which I guess in a way is good because I wasn’t drinking enough water before.What I also noticed is that I do feel lighter in general, before I felt kinda dirty inside, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. I also noticed that I haven’t been breaking out, not even when I got my period, which I am super happy about.So, to conclude my review, I guess all I have to say is if you’re looking for a cleansing tea this one definitely works and hasn’t caused me any major issues. Oh yeah, and my bag had way more than 14 servings, maybe my teaspoons are too small?

Start slowly. Work up to the recommended strength. For me, this tea does the job, but I needed to steep 1/2 a tsp. rather than 1 tsp. Super pleasant tasting tea, that packs a punch.

Ehh…Nothing Noticeable, Actually Making Bathroom Trips Irregular – Wouldn’t Recommend
Hmm…I’m usually pretty regular when it comes to my digestive system, but I thought that this tea would help me clean out whatever else I had going on in there. It actually seems to be doing the opposite. I’m on day 5 of the “cleanse” and before taking the tea, I had a healthy bathroom trip every morning. Now I’m not really going until nearly the end of the day, and the second day I didn’t go at all. The one day I was able to go in the morning, just felt like a routine bathroom trip to me, my usual MO. Last night I took the tea at 9:30pm, it’s about 10:30am the following day and I still haven’t had the urge to drop the kids off at the pool yet.I don’t feel any renewed energy, or a cleanse really taking place. Maybe this formula isn’t strong enough for me, who knows? I will update once I’ve done the full 14 days, but as of now, I wouldn’t waste my money. There are plenty of other teas that while yes, giving you those uncomfortable stomach cramps sometimes, at least get the job done. I hope my body is just acclimating and that I’ll be able to see and feel results soon. Does anyone know if I should up the intake of the recommended 1 heaping teaspoon?I give 2 stars for the taste, I actually like it and can drink it quite easily.—UPDATE—So yeah… finished the recommended 14 day cleanse and I stick by my original review, actually taking away a star because of how disappointed I am. This tea constipated me instead of “cleansing” me. As soon as I discontinued usage, I was finally able to go (THREE TIMES in one day), so that made it pretty evident that the tea wasn’t really doing it’s job. Maybe I got a bad batch, I don’t know, but I wouldn’t recommend. I also want to note that I felt a DECREASE in energy while taking this tea. I can usually spring up and get ready for work, but this tea had me struggling and wishing I could stay in bed.

Taste minty refreshing. So far I had it twice. The first time I had a cup around 10pm. The next day around 11am or so I had to use the washroom. It wasn’t crazy but the tea definitely cleaned me out! The 2nd time I had it, it wasn’t as effective but still helped me along. It will clean you out and take away the bloat. I will make it part of my Sunday evening. A good cleanse to start the week! I was down about 2lbs but don’t really have much weight to lose:)

Ok so. I bought this after reading the reviews and based off of its overnight effectiveness. It arrived this morning at around 11:30am. Naturally being impatient and not wanting to wait until bedtime, I fired up the kettle and steeped a bag immediately. It is currently 5pm. I seriously question how long anyone sleeps who’s tried and reviewed this product because I am currently making plans to just sleep in the bathroom. It works. It does EXACTLY as promised. It works so well it works too well and I am refraining from describing the effectiveness of this magnificent tea. It’s delicious! It’s comforting! And it delivers. A lot. I was actually not aware of how much waste one human body could hold until just now. I type this as I sit here planning my eulogy with sweat pouring down my face as my body does exactly what this product claims. I’m 10/10 not having a good time but sweet mother of all things holy the benefits outweigh the setback. I plan on offering this tea to every person who has ever been rude or impolite to me, so they too can experience rectal childbirth.

My name is Victoria and I started my SUCCESSFUL weight-loss journey about 4 months ago. I recently turned 27 years old and I truly believe this was a huge “realization” period in my life. Growing up, I was always active. I played nearly every sport and couldn’t resist new adventures. At around the age of 23, things started to “die down”. I noticed my motivation for sports slowly drift away, along with my once “simple” gym routine I had daily. Staying fit was getting more and more difficult as the years rushed on by. But, I asked myself this question: What really happens to our bodies when we become “out of shape”, or “unfit”? We start to become our worst enemies. We judge ourselves, we compare with others, we continuously seek reasons to stop adventuring outside with friends, coworkers, or anyone in our lives for that matter. We become unhappy. We learn to “accept” who we are in that moment because we believe this is just what happens in life. Well, for me it got pretty dark. I hated taking showers, I hated getting ready for parties, or special occasions. The mirror, I simply despised. It really started to drain the life out of me. I remember a time specifically at a good friends marriage a couple of years ago. She wanted to take a photograph with me as a keepsake, but I hated the way I looked on the outside so much that I avoided that photograph and every time I see pictures from her wedding I’m reminded of those demons I couldn’t shake. I tried so many diets. Pills, exercises, protein shakes, food-plans.. the list goes on and on. Nothing ever worked.
