Easy Swallow
I have a really hard time with big pills; it’s gotten better, but these were among the first pills I could swallow. They were small enough I could take them easily, like a round tic tac. I don’t have any types of symptoms from it; I do take with food. It has a vitamin smell, but it’s not a strong smell. It’s been years and I still take these every day.

Not sure how to rate this, it may be doing its job,cant say until a few months with vitamin tablets
It has everything I am deficient in, such as iron, calcium, vit d, b12 etc etc. I am just a sack of fat and carbs..sign…and to add to that I have this obsession that comes on about something or another ( decor or appearance or health or animal-ethics etc). Right now its veganism from a few yrs, so that means I need to supplement a lot of vitamins and other necessary things that I may miss in my diet. Its great that this is vegan in that sense. Its been less than a month since i started using, but maybe its working? My brain-fog *may* have reduced, either that or I don’t care what i forget anymore and have sticky notes to remind things. Try it, it tastes awful, but its probably good for you.

A lot of good in a small pill
These are great dailys for those of us just wanting to supplement our normally healthy diets. Doesn’t have 10,000% of each vitamin/mineral, which I like. No issues with taste or upset stomach or any of that. Just a great little addition to a healthy diet.
