What a great supplement for perimenopause
This supplement is a two month supply. The dose is two pills a day. I take these at night and before I started taking this I felt like I was melting from the inside out. This supplement completely changed my life. I still make sure to only wear cotton or linen and wool, but I no longer feel like I’m going to self combust and although I may feel warm at times, it is not the oven I was living before this supplement. I’m on subscription with this supplement and I won’t ever EVER stop taking it.

Here’s what I learned about the quality …
If you are looking at this product, it’s likely you have read about the impact of DIM, Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, and Dong Quai on hormonal balance for improved menstrual and ovarian health. Diindolylmethane (DIM) is found in certain vegetables and has been linked to improve menstrual cycles but more research is needed.While I cannot say this product definitely impacts my hormonal balance, I can personally say this product has improved my sense of wellbeing and minimized home related symptoms over the past week. This is a two month supply and often it takes at least a few weeks to see results from supplements, especially as our hormones change over our natural cycle. I will update this review if there are any additional changes.I take the two easy to swallow capsules (no for, no taste) in the morning with breakfast and have experienced no stomach upset. The BioPerene is included in this supplement to improve bioavailability of the other ingredients. The Shatavari root (also called wild asparagus) is a traditional herb that my mom used to alleviate menopause symptoms. It’s used in Ayurvedic practice.A bonus is I can still take my daily multi vitamin gummies, as this product is really focused on ingredients associated with improved women’s reproductive and hormonal health. Other products try to be too much of everything and then I cannot tell what supplements are really improving my health….have looked at so many hormone balance type products and the quality of this product is important to me. I’ve stopped ordering anything that is not cGMP and made in a n FDA registered facility in the USA. This product meets all those requirements and my only wish is that third party testing for purity and dose was spelled out. FDA doesn’t regulate most over the counter supplements, like this one, so the quality is super important. I want to know that what’s on the label and the quantity has been verified and that contaminants are minimized to a safe level. There is an expiration date (about a year from when I received it) and a batch number + the company location (not where it is made) is listed on the label – these are cGMP requirements.Hope this review and the photos help you decide if this is the right product for you. Pleasant enough to take.
While I obviously can’t vouch for any long term benefits to this I can only report on the experience of taking it. As with any homeopathic supplement do your research and don’t automatically believe claims from the companies trying to SELL them to you.They were fine to take with no odd flavors or upset stomach. I prefer supplements to have tried and true vitamins added so you at least KNOW there’s a benefit to taking them, which unfortunately these do NOT have. There’s nothing in them that might be considered hazardous though.Although you do get a ton of them for the money so if you’re looking for these specific ingredients you’re getting 90 days worth for under $16.

I feel it is hard to review supplements, because each of our experiences may vary and we’re all anecdotal examples and not a clinical study, but, I can say that I took these with no ill effects.I was taking Inositol, and I stopped that to switch to these. I was concerned because Inositol helped me curb hunger a lot and helped with a lot of my PCOS symptoms, and this supplement does not have nearly as much Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol in it, but I didn’t feel different after switching to these.Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, and Dong Quai all help with hormonal balance. WebMD does say that Dong Quai appears to have little evidence of helping anything.I think these are safe to take and they appear to have the same effect on me as Inositol.

I’ve only just started taking this, but so far so good. I do have to take it with a meal, otherwise it can upset my stomach—but that’s what the directions recommend anyway, so it works out. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and I’m really hoping this helps with balance. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate the thoughtful blend of ingredients for women’s health. Excited to see how it works long term!

Big Difference with the Right Combo
I’ve been taking inositol for over 8 months, but I just learned that it’s more effective when Myo and D-Chiro inositol are taken together in the right ratio. Since switching to this supplement, I’ve noticed more regular cycles, clearer skin, better energy, and less PMS bloating.The formula also includes DIM, which can help balance estrogen (though it may be too strong for people very sensitive to hormone changes), and Dong Quai, which is known to support reproductive health and ease cramps, but isn’t recommended during pregnancy. The inositol blend supports ovarian health, fertility, and metabolic balance, while also helping with mood and cravings.The capsules are easy to take, and I really like that one bottle gives a 60-day supply, which makes it a great value compared to others I’ve tried. For me, the benefits have far outweighed any concerns, but it’s always good to be mindful of how your body responds. Tardo en hacer efecto pero, empezó a funcionar para los Bochornos, tomaba 2 diarias mañana y noche, ya lo había dejado por falta de cambios, sin embargo le volví a dar otra oportunidad tomándome una sola cápsula de noche y a los 3 días puedo decir que desapacieron mis bochornos casi al 100%
